It was clean

The room was too small with a huge bed

Location is quiet. Its near the top entertainment areas of Bangkok.

It’s getting older and some areas are being infested by termites. Breakfast is not that good in my opinion.

It’s located in a very nice neighborhood.

It’s aging well but I think it’s having problems with termite activity in some wooden areas.

The Location and the staff especially Mr. Wilson and the young gentleman helps with breakfast!

This is a cosy guest house located on a quiet side street (Soi 8) of the busy and bustling Sukhumvit. The hotel offers rooms on 4 floors with some rooms being spacious while others are the size of a shoebox. Best to pay more for a larger room.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and while there are 30 rooms, there are only 6 tables in the restaurant which means that there is always a wait for a table.There is only 1 person attending the buffet which is always missing something since 1 person cannot cover everything. There is a tuk-tuk to shuttle guests to the BTS and Sukhumvit however, this is operated by the receptionist who must leave the reception unattended if they are required to drive the tuk-tuk. The hotel needs a dedicated driver for the truk-tuk.

It is a bit dated and could use some renovation

The location was okay.

Property was older than the pictures. Toilet bath seems very old. Air conditioner sound like a V6 motor.

You don't get to say this often in Thailand: everything in the bathroom worked properly.Clean rooms, clean building, friendly staff and unending (if bland) buffet breakfast top the list.

It's hard to choose your neighbors, but the working-girl zone at the top of the street isn't a great introduction to the area. And since it's a dead-end street with no connections to surrounding streets you have to walk through it every time you leave. Doubly frustrating as there is a big city park on the other side of the neighboring apartment building at the end of the street. Could be 100 yards away, but instead it's a mile hike around the block.

Its well located. Close to BTS and metro station and its clean and confortable. Breakfast its simple but its ok.

They had buggy car service to take you to the main street, we requested two times, once when was raining and on our check out days that we have our bags, both days they said the car service was nit available even when the car was parked outside the building.

Was on a quiet street but in walking distance to the center of town and shopping. Also is near a large park for morning walks before breakfast.

Bed was a bit stiff.

The room was a bit dirty, Termites eating the wood at some location around the shower and in the bedroom around the woods.

The quietness of the place as it is far from the busy areas of Sukhumvit.

The elevator I think needs to be repaired, specifically the Door Close button. It takes a bit of pressure and time before the door closes. It may cause an accident.

Great staff. Nice decorations, quiet part of street.

no hot water for the first night of our stay. the room we got had a window you cant open, if you do all you smell is the bird poo that is caked on the ac units sitting right next to the window. we have stayed here once before and were happy with our room, this last room we got was very small and unpleasant

Nice, quiet hotel in Sukhumvit. Very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and even let me check in early after a very long train ride. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Would recommend!

The walls are a little thin so it’s possible to hear people in the hallways or other rooms.

It's quiet. The staffs are very kind and helpful. It's 8 mins walk from Nana station going back to the hotel but free ride on golf car from hotel to near the station. Free 2 bots of water everyday.

The breakfast is average. Maybe needs a little bit of improvement

French colonial style. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room was small but clean. Stayed 2 nights.

Shower pressure was low. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk to sukomvit in a dead end street. Hotel provides a shuttle service to sukomvit.

The Nook is a nice touch. It has a big TV with Netflix and all streaming options. The room was cozy, and the staff were lovely.

Breakfast could be better. More healthy options. Better coffee.

The location is excellent and the hotel is in proximity with many restaurants

Furnitures are kind of old and nobody helps with the luggages. If they can improve that I am sure it would be great hotel
