Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri Bangkok

Location, washer/dryer in the room, staff, amenities, cleanliness. There is a 7-Eleven right next door, which is super convenient. We loved it and would stay again.

The hotel is older and slightly dated, although it is well-kept. The pricing reflects this, so this is not a problem.

The layout, facilities, cleanliness of room. Location is good, can walk to BTS Rachdamri station within 1 min. Also, canwalk to Central World within 5 min.

Shower is quite difficult to adjust the tempersture. Need to ask staff to do its trick.

The security men’s team was amazing and friendly

I got food poisoning from the restaurant of the hotel in room dining, when I complained to the reception they told me that I got stomach illness nothing related to them while in hospital they diagnosed that I got a strong food poisoning the nurse didn’t mention what the doctor said in my report and the hotel didn’t help in that.The in room food dining is so bad food quality is zero and taste bad

Location was great, room was spacious!

It was a little expensive, and rooms are starting to look a little dated

One of the best places to stay in Bangkok. The rooms were quite huge, well designed and had wonderful views of the city. The bed was huge, and so was the toilet and bath.Choices for breakfast was plentiful, and they were able to manage guest traffic. There was free flowing coffee and Thai milk tea at the lobby.Check in and check out was quick and straightforward. Staff were always smiling and helpful. House keeping kept the room always clean and the (free!) minibar well stocked.Special mention to the young security guard stationed near the car rotunda / 7-11 - he was always smiling, courteous, and generally seems to be a happy person.A BTS station is a short walk away while Central World, Central Chitlom and Gaysorn are just around the corner.

All staff were kind, the hotel is well maintained and clean, I haven’t tried the breakfast buffet. The location is near to most of the malls.

Unexpected Charge for Calling Reception !

We were surprised to find an additional charge on our bill just for calling the reception. It was unexpected and quite strange, especially since contacting the front desk is usually a basic service provided by any hotel. This left us with a negative impression and made the overall experience less comfortable than we had hoped.

The property was beautiful! It was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 1515. The views were amazing. The room was spacious and it came with a washer/dryer combo and a full kitchen. It was like one of those extended stay hotels but so much better. Definitely a 5 star property! It was conveniently located near great shopping malls and restaurants.

The only thing that I didn’t like about this hotel was that we didn’t have hot water. The water never even got warm in the shower. We did get to experience some warm water from the bathroom sink for a few minutes but it didn’t last long. I ended up playing the hokey-pokey dance in the shower. You put your left hand in, you put left hand out and you shake it all about…I was really bummed about having to take cool showers. I also didn’t like the food. It was cold and drenched and cold curry sauce.

The location is really good near central world and platinum mall also near MBK. The staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean also they serve coffee and tea at the lobby everyday from morning to 19:00 i highly recommend people to stay in it and anytime i go to Thailand i will book this hotel

Old hotel No view and old lobby and old style room There is new presteige hotel for same chain next to it will ipen in dec 2025 . Try it looks much nicer
