Very dim light Promised breakfast was not given Extra bed charged but given floor mattress without mattress topper. TV is not working at any room So on....

Stayed here a couple times now. Friendly and accommodating staff. Not far from the express train to the airport. Quiet and good Air Con. Hard to beat this price for what you get.

Cheap I guess?

They must have overbooked, said my booking wasn’t confirmed even though I had the confirmation on booking and email. Told me to cancel on my end with no compensation offered, implying it was my fault. Eventually transferred me to their other location for a room. Staff was nicer there, but furniture in the room was old and LOTS of road noise.

Bad

I did not get my booking room. I booked for twin bed and when i reach property , they say, don't have room. Then they offered me a very small size room with single bed for 2 people to sleep in one bed. The size of the room was so small, that, when i get down from bed, i directly land in to bath room. There is hardly 1-2 feet from bed to bath room. And on top of it, The AC was not working. It seems the AC was never serviced. I wonder, this kind of rooms are offered to paid guests.

Horrible experience

It was dirty and dusty. The lights are too dark. Everything was broken, the blanket was dirty. They didn't clean the room or refill the shower gel.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, had a comfortable stay through out and the best part is its easy to travel from sukhuvmvit soi 11 to any party places in the city or even shopping places. Location is the major advantage

Value for money with clean rooms and friendly staff which is a huge advantage as they are supportive in helping you with suggestions for local sightseeing both by getting cabs or easy bookings through agents and location wise also it's in a calm and peaceful location though it is the most happening place in bangkok.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel location, cleanliness and amenities provided is worth the price. Wifi is good and is recommended place for business travellers as well.

Amazing Place to stay at, must say the staff were friendly and assisted us through out the stay and the rooms were clean and hygiene. Would definitely recommend as a budget stay in sukhumvit with a peaceful ambience.
