Super minor and not much they can do about it, but it's at the end of a long dead end street. (10 minute walk from BTS) - In the middle of the summer that walk can be very painful. They do have a shuttle tuktuk for when you first arrive/leave.

Guest-friendly, budget-friendly (given the location) hotel near Nana Plaza, Soi 2 and BTS train station Ploen Chit.

It is deep within Soi 2, which means it takes up to 10 minutes walking to the main Sukhumvit Ave. Their Tuk-Tuk driver is almost never available, and when he is, the Tuk-Tuk itself is under repair. There are many cockroaches in the room because they do not fix the water drains with a mesh or do not invest in pest control. Also, the staff has extremely limited English proficiency.

It is usually the best-priced hotel although their services do not feel cheap. They could even charge a little more and still get the influx of tourists. Well-managed hotel. And guest-friendly!

Location is reasonably close to Nana Plaza, Soi 4 and BTS Ploen Chit. However, it is still a walk from Sukhumvit Rd to the hotel. Their Tuk-tuk service is not always accessible.

I dint like the ambience.... worst place. ...no taxi option ....no food stalls nearby ....pl don't go

Avoid going der...I m traveller from india.rude behaviour of reception. .... very rash behaviour ....I m totally disappointed. .no room service....no bell boy for luggage...Avoid booking here

The location was convenient.

My stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, there was no running water in the toilet, and the bathroom had a bad smell. Definitely not what I expected.

Apartment was spacious

Not clean beds were itchy, furniture not par standard

There were cocharaches in the room. That was disgusting. Breakfast was boring. No coffee at all. The service at the reception was mediocre. I wonder how this got 4 star rating hotel. It is not. The gym is extremely poor and the pool is average. This should be a 3 star hotel. I will never again make this mistake

Great place when they have deals like the one I've had. Guest-friendly, not for families. The room is very quiet since there are no clubs in the area.

Towels are worn out and old. Gym cannot be used because it has no proper AC and it is extremely hot. They should have a sauna instead.

I hated the roaches and the old photos of the rooms on the website. It was bait and switch.

The room was old , the shower head was falling off the wall, the towel rack fell off , the floor was sticky, the room smelled horrible. The overall hotel is very run down. By a very large margin the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand!!!!

The pool was unclean and dirty.the tv didn't work.the aircon didn't work.the breakfast was horrible

Great location, clean, spacious room, staff are helpful, friendly and professional.

The neighborhood of the hotel is quite good but the walk to and from the main road is quite a stretch. Tuktuk is available for drop offs to the main road but not back to the hotel (quite a tiring walk if you're walking back from the BTS station or main road especially with shopping bags >_< The lower floor rooms given us for first 2 nights were very dark and cramped. The higher floor rooms we got for 5more nights were much spacious.

The cleanliness of the rooms were a bit questionable. Found a used hair comb and lipstick in one of the drawers; few small cockroaches scurrying around the bathroom and kitchen sink. The bathroom's showerhead and toilet flush also needed repair, they didn't work properly most of the times. The hotel elevator is tiny and barely fits 3-4 people so feels very claustrophobic.

Location is good if you like to have everything nearby.

The room, as usual, looks much better in booking.com photos than in real life. At the same time, this place is very noisy as you can hear next bedroom people speaking, doors opening and closing in the hallway...At the same time, I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights, every time I came to the room I found two or three little cockroachs, one medium size one day. The thermostat for AC does not work correctly unless you decrease temperature by 10 degrees, also you need to set it on the OFF position to start it up.Also, to be honest, one of the guys at the reception was a bit rude. However, the others, they were very nice. I did not have room service everyday, only when I asked for it, good enough and the lady very nice person.I found that breakfast at 300bahts is way very expensive, same as laundry service price, also 300bahts as per what they said to me. I don't know if it was per kilo or just until certain weight, I didn't ask and I found about 50bahts per kilo in the streets near the hotel. I did not have much more than that so it was OK to me.Too many switches and bulbs for one room.Tuktuk service to the end of street is good point though.

Before booking I read all the reviews and found a few negatives ones. Decided to try for myself and I do not think the negatives comments justified. The suite although it had no thrills was super spacious, got cleaned every day. I went up and down the road it is in, and I found it by far the best value for money. The staff was friendly enough, even though I witnessed customers being rude to them, they helped me print travel documents and were generally very helpful. Located a short walk from chaos of Nana and Sukumvit, it was quiet and I slept very well...
