Khaosan Art Hotel

The staff is always welcoming, kind, and friendly. The location is amazing and within walking distance to everything possible. Outside of the hotel are bus stops, food, pier, waterway, money exchange, massage places, sim card, and tours.

The room is small, as advertised, but if you're traveling alone, without a lot of baggage, it's perfect. Very comfortable bed, clean linen. The location is absolutely perfect - lots of activity during the daytime, very quiet at night, nice restaurants and coffee shops all around, and 5 minutes walk from Khao San road. Wint, who worked the night shift during my stay, was an absolute star - very polite, friendly and helpful.

There's nothing I didn't like, but I think the room could be improved by maybe adding a larger size wall-mounted flat mirror, a small bedside table and a clothes rack/rail.

Well located in the heart of everything and staff were cordial.

Almost no shower, but a weird setting where just a shower head hung in the wall right near the toilet bowl served as show. I hadn’t seen a setting like that before.

I guess its ok, nothing special. Good location for night life but not much else imo.

Being very light sleeper, i woke up constantly from noise and my room's ac leaked water occasionally on top of me. I got to switch room but didnt have much time to sleep in it.

Stairs only and I wish my room had a kettle and a comfortable mattress.

The room was very small.

The size. It's good enough for one night, but not for more. But I have to mention that the staff informed me about that.

Very convenient and very affordable. The location is a close walk to Grand Royal Place. Close to Khaosan Road.

The guests kept waking me up. I didn't sleep well because of it.

The location is superb! Walking distance from Khaosan, Rambuttri Street, and Susie walking street, and yet not too close to be noisy. You can sleep comfortably.

Very friendly staff

Room was really musty for some reason. I tried opening the windows and leaving the door open but it was still musty. It was uncomfortable and maybe unhealthy. I left after a few hours to stay elsewhere.

I like the location and the different types of rooms available.

Didnt like having to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There were ants everywhere and even in my bed. The staff was great to carry my bags and refund my unused days.

Very nice place, the price, the room and the food downstairs.

The staff at the front desk are lovely, helpful people who are happy to advise you on anything you ask them. The rooms are cheap, clean and they provide a few bottles of drinking water each day. It is quiet yet a 5-minute walk to Khao San Road.

The room was tiny just like they said it would be. Besides a very small shelf where you could charge your phone and place a small book, for example, the room had no other shelves or tables or anything to place clothes and lay out other items except on the bed. No furniture can fit into this particular tiny room that I had booked so I understand why. It is also without windows so feels like you're in a cave. The bed is very hard like a board and not your typical mattress. It could work for a few nights for someone who spent very little time in the room.

Toilet flush was absolutely not working and I mean it. I told , they fixed, it worker for 1 day.They do repairs at 23pm.Noisy.Small bugs like auts everywhere in the room.

Clean and comfy, all staff are nice and willing to helpfood's good ( pizza )

Air con is not that cool in that room compared to other room I had stayed before.
