The staffs are helpful.

I was really disappointed once I walked into the room. The pictures shown online and in real is totally different. There are ants, flies and cockroach. Room was really old and so spooky somehow.

The breakfast was good and comfortable.

Location is not so good, nothing to do around but it was close to a conference.

First, I really like my room. the room is large with a bar, dining table, sofa.. in one room which is separate from the bed room. I really enjoy the sofa in the living room where I can sit and work. The decoration in the room is also nice. Second, the add-on facility is also a plus. The hotel has swimming pool and sauna, however, due to my tight schedule, I could not try these facilities. Nevertheless, I heard from the other guests that the swimming pool is very nice. Third, the breakfast is amazing with a wide range of food from both western and Thai style. On Saturday morning, they even have rice noddle. Last, the hotel is located near by the sky train line which you can reach easily to famous places in Bangkok!

Near BTS station, a swimming pool, spacious room equipped with a huge smart TV. The staff was kind enough to give me to a newly renovated room.

Too far from the city center, rotten gym. The room stank of paint—I think there was an ongoing renovation. The staff wouldn't lend me a kitchen knife for cutting fruit so I had to buy one at the convenience store.

Booked double room (used to double bed) but got a twin. Singles were good size though

Value for money

No bar or lounge area to sit. Public area and restraunt often taken over by corporate events so didn’t feel the needs of the guests were taken in to account. Room plumbing not good, unable to maintain shower temp, either too hot or too cold.

Close to public transit system.

Room on 6th floor was a bit dated. Needs renovation.

It was close to bt’s train line. The staff were very lovely. My bed and room was very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and bathtub. The room is spacious and comfortable for 3 people. Less than 10 min walk to the BTS.

The light in the closet wouldn't turn off at night, the water in the bathtub and shower was very hot and difficult to make cold.

Quite alright with location. Near to 7-11 for necessity.

Mostly ok.. one or 2 days cleaning was not carried out as expected.

It was very close to the university where my meeting was. There is a 711 close by.

I thought I would be able to use an iron to press my clothes before my meeting. I was not. The shower was exceptionally hot and very hard to regulate.

Pleasant looking reception and entrance, rooms clean but a bit tired, renovation work being carried out.

Only issue was the shower didn't work properly..1 seclnd cold the next hot sometimes cold all the time and pressure kept going

Room service food is not good. The third time staying here and the food has been consistently bad.Room was comfortable and spacious, just a bit more attention to cleaning...mirrors need a good polish, dining chair older style and stained. Shampoo is difficult to get out of the bottle. It would be nice if that was changed to a bottle that is easier to use.

Room was very dirty. Sneezing fits and found dust on most surfaces. Turn on the tap and brown water came out, obviously room has not been used for some time. Lift the toilet lid and brown water with porcelain stained light brown from the dirty water. Toothpaste stains on the sink, glass not cleaned. Fridge was dirty inside.Room service food was awful last time I stayed and did not let me down again this stay. Soggy club sandwich with no seasoning, tray did not come with salt and pepper just cheap tomato sauce in plastic. Food is overpriced and not enjoyable. Hotel was busy and getting one of the small inadequate lifts for a busy night was a long wait.Shower hot water ran cold. Bath tap ran very hot. Not worth 2,700+ baht per night.

Room is very clean and modern. I am more than happy to return again, Food is delicious and Chinese restaurant is superb. Staff is very helpful and friendly. 5 mins walk to BTS.
