Windows are dirty, slow service when housekeeping was called, had to call twice to request for iron and board, surroundings was dirty but expected coz it’s in the city.

I was not impressed with the location, getting to the Hotel was such ordeal with the traffic. The buffets were just not practical, but the view was great! The room was so large but getting up with beautiful sunrise was a fantastic day.

the horrendous traffic, that drivers would ask to get out of the car and walk because it was faster then the car moving. It was just too much traffic on cars and on foot. It did not make you feel on vacation nor one of the locals.

The room was very spacious and clean. There are a lot of activities within the hotel itself such as an observatory deck, a rooftop bar and multiple restaurants. Also the Pratunam Night Market is at the foot of the hotel.

The traffic outside the hotel is crazy, most often you will need to walk a few minutes to catch an Uber to where the traffic is less. The entrance of the hotel is hidden so makes it tough to find for the first time. Also the hotel is super super busy with the public and it seems very disorganised

The room is big and the view is stunning! What I like the most is their breakfast. Lots of choices and very delicious!!

Pillows are too high and the mattress needs to be replaced.

amazing location in the city center, incredible breakfast, everything you need for a city hotel.

the facilities are old, especially the gym and there was bad smell in the room’s floor (no bad smell in the room, just took big breath between the elevator and the room)

Close to Air train station. Dining very good. Excellent access to Metro lines.

The staff tried to make everything better and are really well trained. Food was also good in room service.

The location felt far away from everything, Grab/Uber took a while to get there. Rooms are big and maintained but really old, the TV and amenities arent the best. Value for money is OK.

hotel is very close to sat/sun market downstairs and walking distance to platinum mall. Can even walk to Central World and Big C which is also a plus.

Breakfast was just so so with too many people. The waiting time for elevators is long sometimes. Traffic just to go around the hotel is really bad.

Location is no doubt exceptional in terms of shopping, dining and sight seeing.Room is very good - clean, no bad smell and air-conditioning system was goodMy booking was not included with breakfast, so I am not in a position to make comments.

Your Taxi service counter should be more service oriented and less expensive. I tried to book a taxi for travelling to Pattaya, they said it will cost me 3000 baht. I feel it is expensive. I hired a taxi from outside the hotel, it charged me 1200 baht.

The room felt like it was from the late 90's. Nostalgic, but not what i expected or hoped for.

Room design and working WIFI.Cmpliments to the personell though, when i told them my experience they offered a 1 day refund. I refused on principle, but i appreciated it very much.

Terreibe area. Poor and dirty neighborhood. Very congested area. A lot of construction foing on with new subway line. Inconvenient due ro no proximity to subway

there was someone else's hair in the sheets and when I told the duty manager she didn't seem too concerned. breakfast is quite chaotic although the views are amazing. the whole place looks tired and in need of renovation
