Central position.

For minus was the noise from train amd skytrain from 6AM to 10PM.

Convenient for shopping / Good buffet breakfast /freindly staff / specially Mr Bank in front office provided excellent service & guide during our stay

Not good for relaxation

good hotel, spacious reception lobby, but weakness of the hotel is the fact that there are too many stairs , which is quite not easy when you have to come down each time. I think as it is located near Pratunam area, the weighing machine for luggage should be put on each floor. overall good stay, big room, clean everyday.booked a taxi at the hotel for early morning to suvarnabhumi. The taximan came very early and we were able to catch our plane in time. thanks.

Centrally located, Bts 150m, shopping 100mWell established hotel and taxi drivers know the shot cuts to get to it.

After having a bath, the water from the shower will run through the corner of the wall and wet the bathroom floor. This is a slipping hazard. The TV is a 32-inch. The selection of TV channels is just basic. For a hotel that is so reputable, it breaks my heart. I didn't watch TV at all. For the price we paid I expected better. Some of the 0 rated hotels have better tvs.

Overall place is clean

The receptionist at the front when i checked in not really friendly. As for the hotel itself not convenience for people with luggage as the lift need to go up little bit stairs..and also after lift go to room floor another stairs waiting?

Rooms beds condition was very poor not sturdy.Wash room was very smelly.

The room very dirty . Staffs. Are not friendly.During my stay 5 days room was not cleaned properly. No vacuum single day . Corridor very dirty . Front desk staffs were not polight.no helpful.

1. It's a run down hotel, needs 100% refurbishe.2. Carpet in corridor and the rooms stinks. 3. Toilet is old.4. Lighting in the room and toilet very bad5. Lift does not go to the exact floor but a staircase between two floors and you have to use stairs. It's extremely difficult to carry luggage on stairs.

The room conditions are good and the facilities in the rooms are full at its price.Located near the city center and was very convenient to any point.The bathroom and toilet are clean and tidy.

Good maintenance and spring clean.

The hotel was dirty, especially the carpets and bathroom and mattress are old and haven't been replaced in quite a while.. Checked out early. Couldn't stay in a place that's not clean and neat.

Flooring was smelling would be better if it was either Tyler or parquet. Bathroom tap was broken. Front desk staff's behaviour was not so pleasant. Guest need to even pay 10 bhatt for weighing luggage.
