Couteousness of the staff and excellent customer service

Very clean

Great location, easy walk to BTS, massage shops, food stalls, and all the big malls in Phrompong. Very spacious and clean rooms with great city views. Also had a decent breakfast buffet.

Price was excessive, even for high season. Room service menu was a little underwhelming.

Nice location near shopping malls and food area.BTS station is also nearby to commute.Staff is quite friendly.

Less options for Muslim (Halal ) food in breakfast.Overall hotel ambience looks old.

The hotel has insects in the room, we had to cancel our 2 day due to this issue. Bed are not comfortable and staff not helpful

Rooms are getting older; our shower door was Broken and did not swing outwards..

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There are gaps in the door seals. I did fill out a request for an omlette two times and never received it...frustrated me, but I didn't want it to affect my vacation.

The breakfast was good, it served various foods from multiple nationalities and gave my family an opportunity to experience other cultures food choices. A few more american choice food items would have been nice

A little late for this review as i got too this hotel on the evening of 2nd feb, firstly i would like to say the reception staff were absolutley fantastic! Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Easy quick check in got to my room and i was suprised with balloons, a cake and a card by the hilton my room view was beautiful and the bed was very comfy , toiletries the shower was fantastic really lovely smells of shampoo, condtioner and bodylotion, lots of water bottles to drink, the cleaner who made our room was so lovely and nice room 1605 i think i was. breakfast was good first thing i would have to drink in the mornings is hot water with lemon and on day 2, SHA in the restaurant remembered this and the next day it was already on my table which was great Service could you let SHA know please, i used the pool the beds just fabulous great beds outside so comfy, i was only here for 3 nights on my last day our checkout time was 12 and NEIL let us checkout out 3pm because our flight was 7.15pm So THANKYOU NEIL (manager) also FILM on reception was so lovely and friendly had good chats with her on reception , kit and and pu were nice. We got more warm cookies on the last day ,overall one of the best Hiltons ive stayed at by far and that js because of the hospiltality of this hotel!! great area , had a thai massage next door aswel best one ive ever had, Me and my neice will be back we came from England Manchester

The room is nice and tidy, beautiful bathroom and spetaculae view of the city. Breakfast is amazing

Two property at different location. That’s why , it’s confusing.We book the taxi through you . It’s very bad experience with us they ar keep on hold at airport up to 2 hour and drop me at wrong location . Same they could not provide airport drop service , the cab driver reach at hotel without my pikup. Time appointment time confermation . . They told me arrnge himself drop time is over . In future we are not issuing bbookobg . Com service s for that . It’s very bad experience

Confusing due to mutiple name and mutiple location . It’s difficult to find first time travelers.

Location and small Room size, toilet layout is weird as the mirror is facing the sink.Breakfast the same everyday and not tasty just average
