Small and secure

Selling this as a 4 star hotel in your special pricing package was a huge letdown. Very far from Sukhumvit area, very normal type accommodations. 3 star at most. I thought meals were included in the price. Overall very disappointing with price.

Convenient location to Hospital

Double occupancy in the room but amenities in the rooms are provide only for one person .

It had a sauna. Lobby looks nice big and clean comfortable.

Pool was small ... Hotel looks rundown and it could use some pressure washing and remodeling .

Dated. Was once a 4 star years ago, but no-one kept the maintenance up. Should try a little beach to kill bathroom mold!

not much english spoken by staff but they were pleasant enough

Bed was very hard. Room was dark and uninviting. The quality of the room did not match the star level selected.

proximity to hospital, helpfulness of staff, front desk helped me copy forms at no charge, bell boys were quick and on top of things, also very helpful to find and direct taxi.

rooms are a bit worn and it is very near the train tracks which you hear at night if you sleep light. beds are quite hard.

Room was good, location were excellent, I don't take any breakfast. I definitey recommend otehr travellers or patient / hospital service seeker who will travel for medical or tourist purpose.

Swipe key card each time extension to the main reception. Instead they can update the programme, while payment has been done automatically. And one female staff was rude why I didn't come to the reception to update the key card. I said don't know I have to swipe but she talked rudely.

Breakfast was so so. It was not great and it was not bad. The location was fantastic.

I did not like the place for breakfast. The receptionist was not polite.

Close to the Ploen Chit train station. Close to seven eleven. Close to central world and Siam area. They gave us a complimentary cake and decor to celebrate my friend’s birthday.

Everything was great. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and I will come over and over again as long as they keep the good service excellency.Very clean hotel and you do not smell any smoking. Rooms and toilets are clean. No bad smells anywhere in the hotel.

Pool, weight room. ATM, MacDonalds, 7-11 (5 of them actually) barber, lots of street food, tuk- tuks, taxis, and motorcycle plentiful. Short walk to BTS, then walking south on Sukhumvit, lots of pubs and restaurants. Short taxi ride to major malls. Staff exceptional.

Breakfast buffet needs an upgrade.

The reception staff seriously need better training. Their attitude is so unwelcoming that it feels like they think guests are staying there for free. When we checked in at 11 a.m., they just snapped that check-in is at 2 p.m. Rather than giving a simple, respectful explanation that no rooms were ready, they came across as annoyed and unprofessional.

Very nice location, good services around, very near to Bumrungrad Hospital, and nana, short walk or bridge use to siam.
