Big room, nice gym and pool, and great location

Management is very professional and helpful. Overall, a very good location close to all major attractions.

I would like to kindly ask the dining and kitchen management not to get the young lady in trouble or risk her losing her job because of our brief interaction. She will learn and improve — maybe she was just having a bad day when I came in to get my coffee at the breakfast time

Breakfast buffet is consistently great. Staff was very accommodating and was able to hold some luggage while we left Bangkok for a few days prior to our 2nd stay at Ambassador. Location is amazing with easy access to various modes of transportation, walking distance to multiple malls and countless restaurants. Great massage facilities on site or immediately out the front doors.

Didn't like that the back entrance stayed locked until 10am. Also didn't like the fact that the back entrance street lacked sufficient sidewalks, but that isn't the hotel's fault.

Location, staff and cleanliness was very good. Loads of halal options in the breakfast.

The sky wing is a new build, and much better than square wing. I like the location is central and close to many attractions and shopping centers. But the rooms are quiet and hustle bustle of Soi 11 isn't felt from the sky wing

The conveniently located access/entry for the sky wing is closed from 10 PM and you're walking a loooong way from reception to the elevator. It is particularly difficult if you're carrying a. Lot of stuff or you had a late night party.

Hotel toilet door was broken, old rusty toilet push shower, no iron in the room.

Hotel is in good location. Lots of restaurants bar right outside the gate. Friendly staff.

Attitude of the check in staff... very rude at check-in... long distance from room to outside.... Pool and recreation not inviting... hard to find once there every day, creepy old men always sitting around by themselves..

Staff very helpful indeed!!Had very noisy guests next door. This room had a door to the adjoining room. Let staff know and they immediately offered upgrade to another room. Due to lateness of the hour, we opted to move first thing next morning. Staff organized the porter to collect out luggage and relocate to new room.

Hotel is in a particular nationality area. They are known for being rude and arrogant.

The hotel is well located on a soi with plenty of restaurants and bars. The price is reasonable.

This is not a four star hotel, maybe a 3.5 at best. The staff was not very helpful. A maid entered my room without knocking as I was naked. Someone called on the room phone to ask me if I wanted the room cleaned although the room had already been cleaned and I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. The pictures online of my room showed a great view over the city, but the room they gave me initially was on the 6th floor with no view and with noisy work being done right outside my window. The hotel restaurant is overly expensive and service is slow.
