- A woman from Sleepcase probably the owner's wife called us on the day we check in at the property and asked us to cancel the other bookings we had with the property which is very unprofessional. Sleepcase is a place you should stay only if you're desperate to save money. The room did not have a TV installed, when I asked about this at the reception, she acted weird, I got to speak with the owner and he apologized and said that, TV isn't a part of the room anymore. Parking available here is 300 meters away from the property location. We had to move our car back and forth as someone else paid to park their car. The property doesn't accept card payment, you'll have to pay by cash/transfer. When asked about card payment, the receptionist told that the machine doesn't work. This property has a bunch of issues and the staff at this property weren't at their best behavior during our stay. We let them know our problems but they couldn't help us make our stay better.

The toilets weren't clean and the toilet seat was moving when you sit on it. The wash basin was also dirty and the shower head holder was broken in one of the toilet. There was no shower cream or shampoo at the toilet when we arrived. We asked the owner and the staff delayed to fill it by an hour.The pillows were not comfy and too low. When I asked for a new pillow, the receptionist woman gave me a pillow with used pillow cover with stains on it. She replaced it later. The staff here don't smile and have an attitude problem and it looked like they do not like to hear any complaints but unfortunately, the property was full of problems.

The place would be more appealing if they maintain the cleanliness. When I arrived I saw the owner with friends drinking beer.The bathrooms' floor need renovation. Water stays on the floor.Please maintain the cleanliness and everything will ne wonderful.
