Location (they deceived real distance to the nearest station) Cleanliness (very bad. Can't describe it) Staff (all the receptionists are very rude)

Not much other than proximity to a great area (thong lo) and the price which IS a good value.

My room was dirty (like cockroach dirty) and the lights in the room had a bad electrical connection which made for strobing lights that I couldn’t control. I did try changing rooms but the option provided had a deep mildew smell and was worse so I kept the room I had and dealt with the light flicker.

Perfect location in a quiet and cool neighborhood. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Definitely booking next stay in Bangkok here. The rooms are quiet, clean and good energy.

Only thing I have to say is the at the washing machine needed some deep cleaning.

Lovely modern apartment. Very clean and new. Nice and quiet at night.

Pool was kind of shaded and gym was small but ok. It was very good over all.

I didn’t like the common area of the residence or the view from the window. I also felt that the place was overpriced.

Water pressure low, and almost no hot water. Staff didn’t believe me when I said I couldn’t join any of the WiFi sources. Tried to play me a video on how to connect to the internet instead of listening to me. I had to explain I own a software company and what their issues was

Quiet location among the city center, easy to reach public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfy.

The staff were lovely and even the studio was a very spacious apartment. Good aircon and pool..it was close to some good eateries and the BTS.

The wifi was very poor. I was trying to work and stream channels on my firestick but everything too an age and the tv was constantly buffering. If you need a place to work, I wouldn't recommend. The gym was also very poor as was my balcony view at a wall.

It was clean, perfect location, affordable

There is a pigeon infestation issue around the property. I understand is Bangkok, but they are quite literally everywhere and you can’t even open the door to your balcony or enjoy fresh air. They are a nuisance. Also they charge for additional blankets or even an extra key card which is wild.

Location was good for what I needed (walkable to Bangkok Hospital) and comfortable. The gym was small but reasonably well-equipped.

There's a place next door that seems to breed dogs and at 7am there's relentless barking of 10s of dogs. The hotel was still very much under construction and sanding of walls and painting began early in the morning. The photos make it look a bit nicer than it is. The wifi is appalling.

It’s spacious. Worth the money. Location is not too bad. You can easily use the motorbike taxi to go anywhere. Easy if you are Thais, for foreigners, please download transportation service applications then it’s more convenient.

I was there twice. Both times I could feel it was mouldy when entering the rooms. The second time the room which I was first assigned was completely musty then I had to request for change. However, it seemed like staff was aware about this issue when I informed them. Even the second room they exchanged had the similar smell but bearable.

Just everything about the place was way above expectations. Quite location, very clean rooms, wide spacious corridors. Full size refrigerator in the apartment, big TV in lounge and bedroom. Very efficient air conditioning units.

Little difficult getting taxi or ride sharing but that is not their fault it is just the location.

Nice small apartment for a couple. Separated bedroom (for the 50 sqm) and a small tv corner. Location quiet but within walking distance from several restaurants. Bit fancy area, so good restaurants nearby. Many Japanese style.

If you want a supermarket it is a bit further and typical Thai streetfood is not nearby. Elevator broken most of the time. No washing machine for clothes and no balcony to dry clothes for a longer stay. Sky Train 20 THB, Emquartier 40 THB by motorbike.

The room itself was very nice and spacious and comfortable

The pictures were rather deceiving and I don't think it was worth the money paid. Not many facilities and felt very cagey
