GREAT STAFF, ROOMS AND LOCATION
i CHOSE THIS HOTEL, BECAUSE IT ADVERTISED FREE SHUTTLES TO THE AIRPORT. FREE SHUTTLES ONLY APPLIED TO MORNING HOURS. OUR TWO FLIGHTS WERE IN THE AFTERNOON, HAD TO PAY 700 BAHT OUT OF POCKET FOR TAXI SERVICE. HOTEL WOULD NOT REIMBURSE THESE COSTS. I REQUESTED A REFUND. THE HOTEL DENIED AND ONLY OFFER MORNING FREE SHUTTLES. MISLEADING ADVERTISING. EVEN IN THE NAME OF THE HOTEL " FREE SHUTTLES". NOT TRUE!!!
Everything, location facilities cleanliness staff comfort.
Shuttle service must be also evening times.

Nice and clean hotel with many facilities. Good location surrounded with many local foods. Night food market are just around the corner and just mins to the airport.
Some distance walking from the lobby to bedroom. Staying at the last block which need to walk about 150m to reach the lobby of that block.
Clean and cozy room, nice pool, great breakfast, friendly staff
