It is quite away from popular attractions

Clean, spacious room, cool view, ok top of a 7/11 and a very good coffee place.

It had a lot of options just not hot would recommend microwave some people like hot food.

The hotel is nice and very modern. Centrally located as well. There is also a 7-11 shop which is convenient for quick snack runs.

The hotel is nice and very modern. Overall, it offers good value for the price. However, I wish they provided more Muslim-friendly breakfast options, especially since many Muslim guests stay here and Bangkok attracts a large number of Muslim tourists. Our rooms were facing the city view, and we could not sleep at night due to noise from the highway. The glasses are not sound proof.Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. We were wrongly accused of damaging the pillows and were asked to pay for something we clearly did not do. When i asked them if they could prove that we djd it, then they said they always givr fresh stuff when doing room service. So my wife asked, if they did then how come there was stain on the bed sheet, and they failed to respond. Again, money was not a big deal but being accused falsely for something we did not do was injustice. This accusation was uncomfortable and unnecessary, and it took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. The staffs communication skills were very poor.

The location is just perfect for public transportation; it's just a 10-minute walk to the BTS Line connecting to the central business district of Bangkok. Also, one stop away to connect with the night market & mall. Also be able to connect with another train's line.

Location is very close to the traffic junction; driving takes time for hotel access; the parking lot is very tight. Price range is very competitive comparing with nearby hotel such as Centara Central Plaza.

Good choice for work trip

Although you’ve paid all the room fee but the hotel will request further deposit from you at the check in. It will be much better if the deposit refund process can be faster.

It is nearby bts station. The7-11 downstair is so convinient. Lots of place to eat and shop around the hotel. A couple of night markets are just a short walk away

If your room is facing the street it can be a bit noisy because of the nightclub in the hotel but we were lucky to get the room that is quiet

I like the modern feel of the hotel, some of the staff can speak English, regular cleaning of the room, variety of breakfast choices, and check-in/out. The hotel is also a short walk away from a shopping mall, night market, BTS train station, convenience store, coffee shop, and bus stops.

I am expecting for spacious room for a superior room, but the room was nice and clean though.

The area isn't so busy. The room is almost like a studio complete with sofa and small pantry. 5-min walk to BTS. Nice staff.

There's nothing much surrounding the area within walking distance.

Hardly see any smiling face from front desk staff. Waiting time for elevators are too long.

I really like my stay in this. Both the food and services exceeded my expectations. The location is also great and you can accesss different mode of transportation here. I will go back in here for sure. The gym, pool, and lounge were great.

Nothing everything was perfect

Location was great and convenient. Room also had a nice view of the city.

[Structural safety]- There are multiple large wall cracks in the room and along the corridor, which pose questions on structural safety/stability after the earthquake. We were quite concerned if the room was safe to stay in, especially when my room was located on the top 3 floor of the building.[Lack of respect for privacy & Hot room]- As the room is located on high floors, its subjected to really strong sunrays in the morning/afternoon, which makes the room really hot. We woke up one of the mornings in sweat as the aircon stopped functioning. We asked the reception for help and requested that their maintenance team accompany us to our room (since our valuables are laid everywhere). We later found out that the engineers had already visited our room while we were waiting for them at the lobby. While we didn't lose anything, it felt like our preference for privacy was not respected. All in all the experience of waiting and servicing took about an hour, which delayed our trip for that day.[Service standard]- We had some grab orders on the first day of arrival (at night) and hotel reception was unable to help provide some disposable utensils. They requested that we purchase from nearby 7eleven.- Daily cleaning was not up to standard. There were missing towels, toilet paper, room tissue and generally hairs on floor were not removed/cleaned from the bathroom after room cleaning for the day.- On the last day, we had a try of the food at the hotel restaurant on 19th floor. I ordered a garlic chicken rice and the chicken came raw and severely uncooked. The poor waiter was very apologetic on the Chef's behalf.All in all, the service level can be further improved. The room structural safety was the one that prompted me to give a low rating of 2.0 as I couldn't rest well while being worried every night. It would be good if the hotel could indicate with a tag that they have been inspected and certified safe by Professional Engineers.
