The room's wall is real thin so I can easily hear next door.

The hotel is new and clean. Location is good. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Secure building. Wifi is good.

My room had windows to the inside of the building, and it was pretty loud in the evening. In the shower, the floor tiles get VERY slippery.

V accommodating staff, cozy rooms & amenities, centrally located. Would come back!

Good location, staff was professional and nice, tucked in a cove away from chaos. I felt safe, welcomed, and happy the entire stay. Would definitely recommend to friends, family, and will come back here if staying in Bangkok.

As an American, I would’ve liked the small washcloth when showering but this comment isn’t the hotels fault.

I liked the modern style of the hotel along with the location and staff.

The shower in my room was cold ,and the staff says that's pretty much the whole building. Also I ordered drinks at the bar and got a double. The price for that ws 24 USD which is actually more than in the United States. I think you need to adjust the pricing on alcohol to attract more business. Other than this I enjoyed my stay.

Do not limit what I can set the temperature to. 21 degrees is too hot to comfortably sleep in.

Music on rooftop pool area is too loud and type of music is inappropriate. (Listen to the words). Please turn it down.

Room felt suffocatingly small. Another room with balcony was better, but still small.

Location was great. We were given two connecting rooms with our kids - which was lovely. The pool and gym are great on the roof. Man at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was fine - not exceptional. Maybe because we got there near the end of it. But definitely worth the low cost. Woman at the front desk was a little snippy. I did something that rubbed her wrong - I just handed her our keys on the way out. I thought it was nice for me to return the keys - as many people don’t. She thought I should have waited in line. That’s fine - but then she ran after me and was annoyed. Not a big deal - but she’s in customer service. Even if I’m a little impolite - it’s her job to be friendly.

I’ve stayed here before and this was my second time staying. Very clean. Great staff and comfortable rooms and bed.

Good location, with small but modern rooms and very comfy beds. Breakfast for 250 Baht is okay, not great.

The price value was better last year. Beverages beside Happy-Hour are high. We do not like the Atrium sided rooms.

Private function means quite the noise. Staff were very good in advising but still.. was loud and not relaxing.

There are some practical elements missing: multiple hangers for clothes and storage space. The design is artistic and beautiful, but lacks practicality.
