- It is difficult if you have a heavy suitcase getting to the room. If you take the wrong exit from the MRT it isnt so simple getting there. Taxi is best.
- The receptionist was not polite. She lacks a service mind. It was very disappointing that their hotel doesn't have an elevator so my friends and I have to carry our luggage all the way to the fourth floor by the stair.
