The AC issue in our triple room. They couldn't resolve it so they brought us a fan which wasn't really a good solution. Also, bathrooms needed better cleaning.
Location was prime. It is close to all amenities in the region within walking distance. Staff were amazing and helpful. Even the room service was 100%. The ladies cleaning the room were so nice.

Internet very sub standard.Tv seemed to run through the internet kept freezing.Gym opens at 8am that’s late for people who train.Gym equipment was in bad order which isn’t really good enough for a 5star hotel.

The first room we received is not 344 square feet as stated on the website; it is significantly smaller! Additionally, it is certainly not a 5-star hotel, more like a 4-star. The hotel feels a bit dated. The NOISE AROUND THE HOTEL is the most frustrating aspect. There is an entire street with BARS just off the pool side!! The music starts getting loud from 7 PM, and in our initial room, we could hear it quite clearly. I called to express my concerns, and the staff moved us to another room in a different building. This new room is much quieter, but we can still hear some street noise and the Muslim call to prayer. Moreover, many guests don’t go to bed until the early morning hours. You can hear them returning from the bars and still wanting to party. The AC blows directly on your face all night and doesn’t turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. The WIFI connection is inconsistent at times, so are the hot water. This place may not be ideal for a family vacation, but it’s a fantastic spot for a boys' trip!

Excellent location! Slighty off the main road which is perfect for being picked up by taxis, grabs, etc. Near many shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and only a 10 to 15 min walk away from the famous Soi Cowboy. Rooms were comfortable.
If you are a light sleeper. Some rooms may have a little noise problem. I can sleep through minor noise but my partner is a light sleeper and had trouble sleeping 1 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Im sure a few beers can solve this problem.
I have to cancel my booking because was giving me a room with bad smell and they are full book and they don’t have a chance to return my money back

The location is amazing in terms of vicinity to things and transport next to the Nana line, but I’m pretty sure we are in the sketchy district. The hotel is still close enough to the main road that it’s not too bad to get to, but perhaps if you were a single female traveler not the best locations. In duos and more I think it’ll be fine
