Location is good.

Poor breakfast.Toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, was fixed later by the staff.

No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.

I had a new stainless steel tray left behind when I was doing my packing on 9 Jan. It is quite big and cannot missed it. Item was not in the room even on departure date. I realized only upon my return home.therefore, impression is not so good for staff honesty.

Location! Clean, fresh, modern look. Very decent for the price.

The wifi was really bad. We gave up and just used our e-sims because we had no wifi connection. The hot water was also not enough. You have to make a quick shower or else it runs out. We were a family of 4 and had to take turns to shower because the water goes cold within minutes.

Great location and good value for money.

The staff were not welcoming or friendly, no iron was provided, and guests have to carry their luggage by themselves.

Spacious room, great location close to BTS and mall, large balcony, quiet and restful place, great housekeeping.

The cafe-restaurant while conveniently located just downstairs, lacked a good selection of meals and the staff didn't seem to reflect the same kind of hospitality shown by the reception, security and housekeeping staff.

The location is great, perfect for solo travelers!

The soundproofing isn’t good though. At night, you can hear people talking on the balcony clearly, so if the neighbors on either side aren’t considerate, it can get really noisy. It’s a bit of a gamble.

My go-to hotel since 2023 because of the location, practicality and safety.

Two things went wrong on this trip;1) Foul smell in the bathroom. Hotel staff came in and only sprayed air freshener, it did not solve the prob. Ended up asking for a room change which they gave immediately, no fuss. 2) Put the ‘Please make up room’ at the door handle but ended up not getting cleaned at all. Called for the service and the staff came immediately. Good. Please stay focused. Your hotel is a gem and has so much potential.

The hotel was in good shape. It seemed renovation took place within 3 years. Restaurant menu was limited but food was good.

Very nice hotel, we loved it and recommend to friends, right next to the MBK. Very comfortable bed and good shower pressure. We loved it and would stay again.

The hotel lobby smell so good and the room quite big, the bed very comfortable.

The door kept bleeping unless you locked it fully, when checking out could hear this all the way to the lift even when closed ?

The location was fantastic & the staff incredibly friendly.The pool was lovey.The little house shoes in the room was a nice touch.

The refreshments were not always replenished. There was an iron in the whole hotel.

The AC was leaking on our first night but the staff took care of it on the night itself and we did not have any issue after that
