    Pros +

    • It's a bit noisy at times. Other than that, it's a good value-for-money hotel. The reception is friendly..
    • I wouldn't recommend this property to my friends.
    • The location was very good for what I needed, near many restaurants and bars.

    Cons -

    • The building is old and not taken care of. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I booked for two nights but ended up staying for as night. Staff didn't care when i was checking out just to receive my feedback.
    • It was clean and decent, but a little older. They could upgrade things a little bit.
    • Window ? was left open before I checked in room... Mosquitos in room.. I went to 7/11 right next door few doors down... And spray was purchased... Problem solved..

We got a King studio. It's big and spacious and it's worth u upgrading to that one from a regular room, because on my second visit, I stayed in a regular room and it was much different in a negative way than the King studio. A/C worked really good, bed was a bit hard, but very comfortable to sleep on.

It seems like they forgot to refill shower soap during our 5 days stay. I know it says that we stayed 1 night, but we extended our stay at the reception.

the location swimming pool was ok

The swimming pool area had only wooden sun loungers, no cushions, and only 3 beds. The room was not cleaned good were a bit tight with towels

Expect to be bombarded by tuktuk scams, catcalling and rude management (bar one helpful individual) if you book here.. The room is nice and facilities are good.If you can see past the majority of awful staff it's not a terrible choice. That said, will not return

good location staff very helpful friendly

room smelt damp and a bit tight with the towels, the swimming area was dirty no cushions on the sun loungers

Good location, good price, extra space, bed comfortable. Quiet. I extended my stay. Will stay again in future.

    Floor not swept clean.

    Bad

Dirt, stink, musty. Everything is falling apart. Pool dirty and slimy. Absolutely horrible hotel. Never more.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel has an old-style charm. The bed was confortbale

The TV didn’t work, the internet was very slow and unstable, and the toilet flushing system is outdated (it doesn’t degrade toilet paper properly, if it s clogged good luck). The room is very old, which attracted ants and other bugs near the electrical outlets. Lastly, there was a sign at the reception stating that late check-out until 3 PM costs 300 baht. However, I was first told 1,500 baht, then 500 baht, and on the day of check-out, when I went with my Thai girlfriend, they said 300 baht. (I'll let you interpret that as you wish!)

I did not avail breakfast. Location wise and hotel room is excellent with kitchen facility.

Loved spacious and big room with affordable rate...breakfast can be added in this present rate...

Rooms here are a good size. There's loads of cupboard space, certainly more than I needed. The bathroom is a good size. There's even a place to dry your hair, if you have any. It's quiet, as long as you get a room towards the back, away from the soi. Breakfast was a good deal at 139 baht. The air conditioning looked new and worked really well.

The building is just old and hasn't been well maintained. It's not dirty as such but everything is slightly stained

The bed was absolutely fantastic & the size of the apartment was great for one person.

I really didn’t like the fact that I booked an apartment so I could cook etc & shouldn’t have to pay 500 baht deposit to get kitchen equipment sent to my room. It’s an apartment with a microwave & a stove so everything should bed already be in the apartment.

    Big room

Internet was intermittent. The shower was tepid, at best. Soundproofing (inside and outside) was poor. Was a nice hotel some time ago.

No hygiene, amateur people, terrible smell, expensive price.

Basically everything.First of all, no hygiene, not even slightly. There is a terrible smell in the rooms. The most amateur people in the reception, actually there is no reception. It is just a desk. There is a call-a-taxi desk and a person is sleeping as he put his feet on the desk. DISGUSTING!

Big rooms, pool, pool table (usually staff were playing, so guests couldn't use). Central location, proximity to Terminal 21 and BTS.

Too many prostitutes. Maybe groping is cool for some, my wife didn't appreciate the aggressive, hungry hookers. Likely great for single punters.
