Tropicana Suites

Clean. Near Robinson's mall. Near LRT1. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast selection and the overall layout of the room was amazing.

We had a problem with ants and they got into our food. One of the toilets also didn't work great.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly, I was sick during my stay, the staffs helped me to get medicine & food and delivered to my room! Also I overpaid the taxi driver from the airport the night I got there, they helped me to get it back! Thank you!

The room window was tinted, I couldn't see outside and blocked the sunlights, I didn't like that. There was someone who stayed next to my room smoked, the cigarette smoke went into my room for a couple days, I had a headache and was feeling irritated

SIZE OF THE ROOM WAS GREAT. LOCATION WAS GOOD.

ROOM HAD MOLD IN SHOWER.

The room was great nice balcony enjoyed it very much

the staff was the best. going above and beyond was routine for them.

The staff was nice and the room was fairly clean.

The AC did not cool and the electrical outlets were outdated and I could not use my laptop and the place was in a dangerous dirty rundown location

Breakfast was good. Location was good close to the mall.

The view from room balcony was bad.

I'm a return guests. Close to the US Embassy and extremely close to the Robinsons Place Mall. Great staff.

Only one elevator was operational during my stay. Hopefully they'll get the other one working soon. It can sometimes take a while to get my ride up or down.

Kitchen

No wheelchair access or more than one room with one disabled handicap bathroom

Location

Am disabled and couldn’t get into shower because of high curb. They only have ONE disabled room and that doesn’t include a kitchen. The only disabled advantage is a wall mounted handrail in bathroom.

Very neat and good quality hotel. Large room. I felt like a visiting dignitary. Was originally one of the best hotels in Manila and still great value for money.

Exceptional staff, nice clean rooms with great amenities, very good breakfast and cafe options. Our stays here have always been pleasant and will continue to come back.

Nice pool big rooms best value for money in Manila

Let mites pool restaurant menu but great price.

The suite was very large and very clean. Having the pool open in the evening to relax in after a long flight was great. There is even a pool bar. The Robinson Mall is just around the corner and we could buy electric plug adapters there (very inexpensive 2-3€) the next morning. Good breakfast was included and you could choose from the menu either Western or Filipino options. It's not a very luxurious hotel but clean and convenient with a friendly staff. In terms of airport transfers, the ride was almost 40 minutes because of early evening traffic but another member of the group arrived in just under 15 minutes a couple of hours later.

Although air conditioner worked just fine, it was a bit noisy but ear plugs at night solved that problem.

Clean and great staff, shopping close by

location, within walking distance to Robinson place (mall). Pool!

sketchy neighborhood

Location was walking distance to eating and next door to 7-11. Front desk people were always friendly and helpful.

The room was small but that was disclosed and all you need since you aren’t in the room that much.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was included in our booking which was convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel has a great pool!

It is close to RaboinsMall

Facilities are very worn out and Gym is in very small room with airiness and very poor equipment
