Location was near our intended place for visit. Lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and excellent.

It was terrific to find a room that can accommodate four of us altogether and had two toilets and two bathrooms.

It is close to UP Diliman where we attended graduation day. The room is perfect for family. 2 toilets and bathrooms separately.There is covered parking too.

There is microwave but no microwaveable plates to borrow at least.

The staff was not approachable when I asked about concern on credit payment.

Location

Moldy showers, stained toilettes. Room by the street is loud and can be disturbing at night / early morning as you hear all the motor bikes.

Room is spacious and clean. Shower had heating and bathroom had exhaust fan.

Sometimes the key card does not work properly. We had to go back to the receptionist to get it fixed.

Location is good, walking distance to the Katipunan train station and to the UP Katipunan jeepney station. It's also close to a lot of convenience stores and food establishments.

The floor of the shower was not tilted towards the drain so the water was pooling to one side instead of directly to the drain.

The staff were nice and the location was perfect for us.

Nothing to do with the hotel, just the trafic in the area. It's best to use the MRT than bring a car.

Staff were somewhat friendly and overall nice

They do not want to supply enough drinking water and at the same time, they don't have in kitchen potable water facility to enable guest boil and drink water like most of good hotels do have. Indirectly it is forcing us to buy costly water from them as guest mostly will not carry or bring water for 2-3 days stay.Even washroom was too small.

The front desk is super nice and responsive. Location is convenient, 3 min walk to a laundry, 7-11, a tricyle stop; 5 min to night food court; 15 mins to Ateneo de Manila university.

The stool was leaky, and the bolts of its seat were already loose. But they can't change my room. Overpriced for this quality.

I found the staff to be first class. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would definitely come and stay here again, if i was coming to Manila.

Very good location and accommodation. Staff were always helpful, especially with our concerns.

Thin mattress for the extra bed. They gave us our request for additional mattress without extra payment.

The accommodation exceed our expectation and the staff as well are all approachable and friendly. The location of the hotel is also easy to pin and is accessible to some establishments.

Hope they could have meals and other snacks in the hotel.

The property was near establishments like convenience stores and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was clean; there were no bad smells or insects.

The wifi wasn’t too great; it was difficult to maintain a steady videocall or use the provided entertainment facilities (Netflix, etc.)

The heater in the shower room was too high to adjust for a shortie like me, so sometimes i would be showering in cold water, other times in very hot water depending on how my husband used it before me.?

Felt very safe and secure. They had a security guard at the door and service counter open 24/7. Spacious room and had room we requested (one bedroom and 2 beds).

The gym was above us, was noisy (esp when weights are dropped on the floor!). The noise surprised us, but was tolerable as gym not busy everyday.
