Staff are very friendly especially Ian the security guy, Flor the receptionist and Mon the room service/housekeeping guy. They were awesome!

Utensils are available but still need to be requested, I booked 4 nights but was provided with 1 toilet paper.I booked an apartment to have all the amenities of an apartment

Close to the airport. Nice clean apartment with a dining area and a fridge. The staff were friendly and professional. Good value.

Few irritating problems for example there was no toilet paper but was delivered within minutes of requesting. The elevator is a nightmare - use the stairs if you in rush for your flight. The hotel does not accept credit cards. Cash only.

I like the spacious room. I am happy that the size was more than I anticipated and that made me want to make future bookings here. The location was perfect, easy to locate, with so many store around and some grocery outlets too. Staff is supportive and on time for room service calls. I felt I am getting my money's worth.

No tissue, bottled water, no tv & wifi connection. The electric fan is dirty. I was charged 60php extra upon online reservation.

New hotel. Very nice and clean. Near SM Hypermarket.

They provided towels, a working bathroom, and free Wifi which while working (it cut sometimes) was decently fast. They also provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo. Also they allowed deliveries which isn't surprising since they don't provide food.

They did not provide anything else, I had to order on Grab (delivery service) some toilet paper, water to drink, basic things you'd expect from a hotel. Fridge was barely working, and the bed was incredibly tiny for me and my wife to actually sleep in. Judging by other customers and the prices they list in the reception, it seems most of the money they make are from couples who rent for 3 hours, for obvious reasons. Oh, and Booking.com mentioned they take credit card, they only took cash. This part infuriated me personally as taking cash from an ATM in Philippines is incredibly expensive, other than the mark-up you also pay 250 PHP per transaction, what's the point of claiming they take credit cards then?

The gentlemen that greeted me was a massive and gave exceptional service.

did however dislike the security and another lady who took over the front desk. They banged on my door to inform me it was time to leave while I having a shower even though I was aware of the check out time

Handy, I could get my clothes washed across the road. A small mall is not far away. Hot showers.

Property is very easy to locate. Nearby food establishments and hypermarket.Good job to the staff for being so accomodating.

good location, parking is free and convenient. may mga shop din na malapit sa apartelle. also, budget friendly with clean and descent size of room.

glad we found this new hotel, 2 star but the amenities are good. blanket is clean and fresh. shower is clean with good water pressure. room is simple and have enough lights.

family friendly hotel, room was spacious and the A/C is cold. love the small kitchenette in the room with mini fridge where you can prepare a simple meal.

good for barkada stay. since malawak at may small kitchen sa loob. there are also chair provided for extra comfort. we felt safe and seured sa place. and its quiet kahit na along main road.
