The room facilities could use an upgrade. The shower appears outdated, there is no hair dryer provided, and the lighting is quite dim. Additionally, noise from the neighboring room can be heard.

Staff was friendly and quick to accommodate requests. Clean rooms, lobby and dining area. 5 minute walk to Landmark, Glorietta mall and Greenbelt. Breakfast was included in our stay and the food was good.

Very spotty Wifi reception. I was switched to another room in the hopes we could get a better reception but it was just as weak and spotty as before. I had better (but not great) Wifi reception in the lobby. I ended up spending hours at the lobby so I can access my emails and other Internet-related matters there. I booked my 3-day stay there through booking.com and paid only around $163. I extended my stay for another day because my husband's golf tournament activities ended longer than I expected. For another day at the hotel, I was charged $88, which I thought was not worth it.

Excellent location - short walk to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. It is a good value, simple business hotel. A bit old but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Your choice of breakfast is included in the rate. The suite has a good view of the city skyline by Greenbelt. The room is spacious with a queen and a single bed. There's a water refilling station in each floor that has cold, tap and hot water which is convenient and environmentally friendly. We loved the fireworks on New Year's Eve at the rooftop of the hotel. Saw it up close and also enjoyed the view of Makati fireworks and probably up to BGC from the hotel rooftop. We also just walked to the Ayala Center NYE concert and had an awesome time. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Water refilling station - tap, cold and hot. They had fireworks at hotel rooftop at New Year's Eve. Hotel and linen are a bit old but clean. Would be awesome if a microwave will be available for guest to use or a self-service laundry same as business hotels in Japan.

The hotel's location is great just 30 steps and you are in the major department stores of Makati (Landmark. Glorietta). Thank you to the hosekeeping for looking for my wallet. I dont have anything on it. But i thought i placed my 1 credit card there. But after rechecking, I saw I placed my card on another wallet that was earlier with me but covered by paper bills. Sordy. Thank you to their housekeeping and receptionist both guys and their security guard and breakfast guys ...all presented the Filipino hospitality that is harder to get from other parts of the world.. Thank you!

Please update and brighten ur reception and breakfast especially your hotel exterior facade. With a little updating and more lighting you can increase a bit your price. You also know that there is New Year, why dont you offer hot choco. The guy said someone forgot to buy it. That is a culture of filipinos that you can make your hotel different. Also add some explanation of where and whem you started your hotel so the guest will feel conected.

Proximity to places of interest like the museum, malls, and park

Room was facing the main road so I can hear the traffic.

breakfast was good. staff was friendly and accommodating when my tv didn't work they switched our rooms very promptly. I felt respected throughout the entire stay from check in to check out. I would recommend

We have stayed at this Inn before and liked its location. You could walk to the Makati malls and restaurants.

Although there was limited choice for breakfast, it was delicious. Some people may not like the limited choice.

The location is close to shopping centers.

Bring your own towels, soap and shampoo. Towels look unclean. The tv is working but the upper fourth of the screen has a smudge. The bedside lamp is not working.

The room was very hot. It was the height of summer so I expected that they would run the aircon to cool the room down before the guest checks in. But they hadn't. The room felt like an oven.

Pleasant boutique style hotel in gr8 location, solid value...did have wi-fi but maybe not all floors

They said after I was paid that there wouldn't be wi-fi but there was on the first room floor. Upper floors still may not have it but you could request a change maybe. W/O wi-fi would have ruined it for me
