The facilities are clean

The aircon is not that cold ( i think need to clean a bit). If you have a lot of luggage, you need to carry it on your own. No elevator available.

Affordable

AC is not working. I gave it 4 hours but still won't make the room temperature lower. It's super dirty. I called and asked for a room transfer, receptionist said they just cleaned the ac 4days ago. The window-type ac cover is glued to the wall. No way to remove it to clean the filter. Housekeeping personnel came in and agreed to transfer me to another room which is a lot smaller that has the same ac issue. No food service. You have to go to the 6th floor to enjoy food from the restaurant. No lobby, just a cramped narrow space that makes it uncomfortable checking in and out. No space to place the luggage while waiting for a ride.

Staff, hotel has copy my passport...I told her no way, that you can see all my information but no copy.Air-condition it's fitted at window , makes noise, like bulldozer, can't sleep with the noise. Staff asked for deposit, as well.

Clean & relaxing place to stay with affordable rates. Accessible to public transpo. Staff are polite & accommodating. They have a cafe at the top floor that has a nice overlooking view. I can highly recommend this place.

The bed is cozy and perfect for a solo traveler like me.

The aircon is not that cold. The window is noise from the outside because of the wind and the rain. It keeps making a noise in the inside of the room.

The facilities are clean and comfortable. They have water dispensers at the end of their hallways for every floor so we wouldn't need to worry about getting thirsty. Also, they have a fridge and a kitchen sink in each room, which other hotels in this price range do not have.

I have checked in before but there was no charge for using the microwave. It was only now that I got charged 50 pesos for using it so I was surprised.
