Greenbelt Makati - Vaccinated Staff

Area where hotel is located in not bad.

Not clean. Toiletries not filled such as soap and shampoo. Cable television did not have good reception. Most plug outlets did not work. Not enough towels.

Location of the place, near Greenbelt and other restaurants. Comfy bed. Good air conditioner.

There were cockroaches everywhere even in the bed. Also, the toilet is separate from the shower (two different rooms). Towels do not smell good.

Very dirty, A/C runs loud like a generator, no utensils or plates cups mugs in the kitchenette. Refrigerator was stinking and frosted up. Cockroaches everywhere. Towels were dirty.

The location… just across the street is Greenbelt 3

There are soooo many small cockroaches around. sometimes it will get on your bed

Staff not aware of booking even though we had the confirmation . They said we have to wait till next day afternoon. Only after we repeatedly showed the confirmation they said Oh yes we found your booking.Place was not clean.AC old and creakyNo hot water for bath Shower was leakyOverall no value for money

expensive for a hotel that is not having a bare minimum standard of quality. run down. cockroach,ants and insect infested. absence of security featured room.

location is perfectly located across Greenbelt Mall with so many bank atm's beside, across & inside the mall as well as restaurants. plus their hot & cold shower were indeed working, although the electric plug is just above the shower - quite dangerous ?

everything needs to be clean properly & u can barely see anything on the tv, all channels have very bad reception.

Bathroom is too small and cramp.

Good points of the place: 1. Accessibility to nearby malls and restaurants2. Easy check-in and check out3. Very spacious rooms

Points for improvement: The AC is a bit old and probably needs repair or to be replaced. It was set at maximum temp but took a long time to cool the room.

Convenient location as they are close to Greenbelt

The rooms we stayed at was poorly maintained , old and smelly, staffs was average not even friendly.

It's quite small, and no microwave oven.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is located in front of a mall, which makes it easy to find food and any other stuff that you may need. The surroundings look very safe. Not super close to the airport, but if you go outside rush hours it does not take more than 20 min ride.

Its good but please clean the sides of the room. Some outlets not working

No parking, dirty rooms water was slow and small amount coming out from shower heads air-conditioning us poor ventilation and rooms door hard to close and open

We have to go to airport at 1:30 a.m. Hotel staff did not help to book a taxi. We were told that we find many taxis on the street but there was no taxis in a middle of the night when everything was closed near by.No window in a room.

Quick check-in and check-out. Great staff. Location is great and the room itself is quiet.

Corridors going to the room are a little dark. The living room was a good but not exceptionally comfortable.

I stay here every month when I go to Makati. This time I was given the small room with no windows. Sometimes I am given the huge room, for same price.
