The bed is comfortable. Aircon cool.

They place us in a handicapped room where the water from the shower slightly flooding the bathroom floor. They move us to a better room instead which is a good thing.

The rooftop pool and restaurant. Great food good value too especially when its happy hour. The front desk staff and doormen were really helpful too

Only one thing i found the wifi unreliable sorry guys try and fix it so its not dropping out

Staff took 10 minutes when checking out to check whether I had done damage to the room but I was in a rush to go to the airport

Staff are great i have dealt with Tweety number of time a pleasure to deal with also Mark at the door is very friendly and helpful

Horrible shower design with no shower curtain or glass. The whole bathroom gets wet. Just for this I will give it a miss next time.Small windows in the room. Hardly a view.

Clean modern hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Foot path outside hotel in poor condition. Whilst not hotels responsibility it is a trip hazard.

Convenient and clean! Kids loved the pool area.

Besides the construction early which we were right next to, everything was fine.

Awesome location in Makati. Nice rooftop bar, pool and sun bench area. Great value and kind breakfast buffet. Walking distance to night life. Even more for a single man to recommend.

I would not like to complain but the annoying part is the constant soliciting of prostitution outside and around the area.

Perfect location to enjoy the nightlife in Makati.

It’s not the IM or City Garden Grand but it’s the next best thing.

I made reservation for a room with a king size bed, which were all rented on my arrival. Instead the offered me a two queen beds that I refuse and an executive king size with a kitchenette which I din't like at all but had to take it as nothing else was left.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, location, service, comfortable bed, good bathroom

The internet was practically down for three days, impossible to work, total IT mess. My request for a compensation on check out, just as a token of understanding, was ignored.

wifi too weak. I overslept one day for breakfast and needed to book new for the next day. Not so customer centric. A bit too many "h00kers" outside the building, but the hotel can nothing for it

Hotel location is excellent. A handful of banks around made an easy access to withdraw cash safely

I prefer the bathroom towels to be really white instead of gray

It was a nice clean hotel. We did not get to eat breakfast because we had to leave early to get to the airport.

It is not close to the airport. We got stuck in the elevator.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Had everything you needed on property. Great location, close to mall and entertainment.
