I had a great stay at Ramada. The location was perfect, close enough to the circuit tower and there are nearby shops and stores (7/11). The staff are all friendly and accommodating of my requests (e.g., flat iron, printing a document). They also have a bar at the top, where you can check out the view and have drinks.

I love their amenities, and so far the only problems I had were 1) that the shower was hard set to the perfect temperature, 2) the noise from the room next to mine was still audible (I could hear the kids being too noisy at some point).

Windows could need some cleaning from the outside. Inside of the room was in perfect condition and clean though.

The staff were courteous every helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a lot of choices. It was near malls, restaurants and the airport.

The first room that they put me in, the air conditioning is not working, then the staff transferred me to a different room which is decent. The hallway smells funky; I think it’s from the carpet.

The staff wasn't courteous, we were given two small bottles of water and they asked us to pay if we wanted more water. The hallways were suffocating and dingy with no proper lighting or air conditioning.

The room and beds are clean, have a nice lighting system, and breakfast options. It would be nice if the balcony can be used. The staff are very helpful.

The block where the hotel is located is a bit scary during the night, especially for solo travellers. However, if you plan to use the taxi, it is very convenient.

Definitely a good value for money, the room was really big, huge windows, everything was cleaned everyday and the beds (we got a 2 double beds room) were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The breakfast has limited selection of foods, WiFi only worked on the first night and then stopped working completely. Air-con was old, slow and leaking water from the ceiling. Location is ok but not amazing.

The staff no one helps me with my 2 big luggage’s upon checking in the guy assigned just ignored my struggle and most of the staff are not friendly they are only friendly to foreign guest
