Doors ¿¿ always slamming ¿¿ it needs to be adjusted or put rubber seal AC leaks in some rooms

Good people, from front desk staff, security and room service.

Television limited channel's, No Netflix or Youtube.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Your staff works well together and I felt they were good team members.

Lobby AC not working and the one room card policy. The sound was fine except the doors feel thin to noise. So whatever you say in the room is heard outside. The location food choices felt limited. You needed to walk. The food market near was very good.

You can’t contact them fake number online and when you send them an inquiry through booking they don’t reply they ignore you completely on the top of everything the place is super loud and very bad shape never again

The staff were kind, although requiring a cash deposit was unfortunate. The bed and pillows were decent, the wifi worked and the shower was fine. The location was decent as well.

It was very loud, each night, it required ear plugs to sleep which was rather unfortunate. I could hear someone snoring from another room and the cleaning staff in the hallway. There is no sound proofing.

The place of the hotel is strategic. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

The TV needs an upgrade. The selection of the channels was limited, and the picture quality was okay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Perfect location for our needs.

Some materials (bathtowels, enough tissue supply) were missing upon arrival, but were gladly provided after asking staff.Sometimes the noise level (from other guests, or from sounds within the building) were disrupting.

It is located at the heart of Poblacion, Makati. The rooms are pretty decent, and the staff are friendly.

Some items like towels, toiletries, complimentary water are lacking.

My stay at Leez Inn Makati was absolutely amazing. I like how spacious the room was. I also like the kindness of the staff who went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. The hotel is also close to many beautiful places such as Ayala Triangle Gardens, Ayala Museum and Greenbelt Mall.
