I like this Hotel because its affordable, Rooms were neat has spacious, comfy bed, cleaned towels..

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle from and to the airport was a big plus.

A little renovation of the comfort room.

Sound proofing. Knocking at next rooms door feels like your door being knocked.

The proximity to the airport and some fast food restaurants nearby. The free airport shuttle although we couldn't get the ride on arrival.

The room is very basic. The bed is not very comfortable. Breakfast is provided but the food was not good quality.

Airport shuttle was easy to get even though I got in very late. Breakfast was great! Location close to terminal 3. Rooms are a good value and clean.

There is a teapot in the room but no instant coffee or tea. Shower isn’t self contained. It is in same room as toilet

The hotel to me was a5 star hotel.. everyone was very nice and very professional. Professionally dressed. I'm very impressed by their service. Anytime me and my wife need to stay in Manila we will stay at that hotel

Hotel eating place away from hotel. Not much selection of food. When I asked for a plate, knife and napkins I got a plate. Waited a long time for a knife and received toilet paper instead of napkins

Nothing to like unpleasant stay

No hot water, internet not working properly, didn’t clean up room …

We booked 2 rooms. Property near the airport and restaurants. Good breakfast and airport shuttle included. Good staff service.

Small rooms, beds not too comfortable. Bathrooms need more cleaning. Small blood stains on bed sheets but was changed right away when we asked. We can hear noises from people outside rooms and noise of planes because of property location.

The staff took almost an hour to check us in and wouldn't let us go to our rooms until we had provided all our passports, signed multiple pages of paperwork, and waited in the lobby for a long time. No shower curtains in bathroom. Everything gets wet when you take a shower. Also the shuttle took a long time in coming to get us.

Noisy, windows didnt shut properly. Dangerous high step 25 cms +to get into bathroom - Why ? Breafast area in another location needing a walk outside and climb upstairs. No easy vehicle access to the hotel from main road

No hair dryer in the room. You have to call the front desk and it was not available the 2 times we stayed there.

Room was too small without window. No fridge, staff was not able to help with cooling my insulin. No good channels in tv.
