Hotel is nice and amenities are nice.

- Hotel staff entered my room when I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door and while I was sleeping with my infant son. -First room we stayed in began to smell like paint and we were moved to a new room. -Second room began to smell like paint

Loved that it was a mall was connected to it with a pharmacy, grocery store, and small cafeteria. Great location near GCB and Pasay the only bad thing is the traffic - good luck finding a grab. Dont get a metered cab. Place is the best though.

The room was very nice and had everything I was looking for on an extended trip. The staff all went above and beyond. The included breakfast was amazing.

Room is sooo nice, very clean and spacious. Fixtures and ammenities are great!

Staff area is in front of our room, and we can hear some noises especially chit-chatting, sometimes in the evening, almost bedtime. Wifi needs improvement, i took some very important video calls and had poor connectivity. We were lent a pocket wifi which also did not help.

Property was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. The food buffet in the morning was incredibly delicious. The pool was very beautiful and the workout facilities were incredible. Since I’m an ex NFL football player, I need to lift to keep my body in shape and they had everything I needed to maintain peak, physical strength and health

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We didn’t like that our card could only be used on one tower which was confusing and a pain in the ass at times where we had to walk to the other side just to go up or down floors.

I loved the room, the breakfast, and everything about it except the TV.

The tv was advertised as a smart TV with Netflix but it was not.

Got assigned the same room we had 3 yrs ago. Loved that it has washing machine and dryer

Location was good. It was still near shopping centers, malls, hospital but it was far enough that you didn’t have to hear the noise of traffic.

Most hotels leave their smoking area open since you can’t or not allowed to smoke outside of the hotel because of a city ordinance. They close the smoking area at 9:00 pm.

The location and cleanliness are second to none.Great facilities with super polite staffSecond time being there and will only choose this place because of the kitchen and washer and dryer in suite . The pool facilities were very clean and enjoyable..

The breakfast buffet was OKLots of choices, but being from Canada, I did find the choices a little limited.

It’s a beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There are many dining options available without having to leave the hotel. This is my new favorite hotel in Makati.

It’s a bit-picky, but there were no paper towels in the kitchen. The in-room coffee selection was very limited.

This place is incredible. Friendly staff and an amazing building with outstanding facilities. We couldn't believe what is inside the building - everything you can think of in terms of leisure facilities. The 2 bed apartment that we had was huge, comfortable and very well equipped. The view was stunning. The only thing that lets the place down is the very noisy fan at the otherwise lovely swimming pool. It made our visit to the pool far less enjoyable than it would have been without the noise. We ate lunch at the restaurant near the pool though and that was delicious. Alpha Suites provided the perfect accommodation for our overnight stay in Manila on our way to Palawan.

We paid 240 € for the suite which is having two bedrooms on 120 m2. Which is a lot, but the place itself did not provide us with the comfort we were looking for. Mainly we wanted a quiet and nice place as a stopover before continuing our vacation. Wouldn’t recommend it:- windows where badly sound isolated so you can hear all the noise from the streets- staff fooled us when we had a complaint regarding the coffee machine (it was broken and we were told it was fixed even before we arrived even though we mentioned it after arrival)- spend our last night at the Okada and that’s definitely worth the money

Amazing stay in a luxurious hotel! Loved the views, staff were so kind and helpful for all requests (including extending check out). Would certainly recommend and return. So many amenities and the pool area is fantastic.

Comfort, staffs and breakfast

Drinking water provided by the hotel was limited, the bottles of water should be placed inside the refrigerator upon arrival.

Total disaster. Hot water heater had to be changed. Electricity had to be rewired. Outlets hanging off. Impossible to even plug in the water. Cockroaches in the kitchen and living room without any food laying out. Stuck in the bathroom for an hour until they changed the door handle. Bizarre layout that differs room to room because half of rooms are residences. 25 shelves in the room holding 23 empty vases, yet a simple lamp could not be extended upward without fear of shattering glass. Bed hard as a rock and not really the proper size for a human. Impossible outdated electronic system for lighting drapes. One set of 3 foot wides shades had their own remote -- why? Breakfast horribly unimaginative. We left like lightning.

Everything was a total disaster.
