Herald Suites Polaris

Excellent staff, clean comfortable room and excellent free breakfast.

The interior is quite elegant. The small restaurant is adequate with a decent menu and small bar. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is in central Makati business district.

The water pressure for showering on the top floor is a little weak at times, but usually during morning hours when guests are waking up to take showers. Not really a problem because I was never without ability to use the shower.

Very clean and helpful staff.

No Suttle service even though advertised one, that was one of the main reasons for booking hotel.

You can't get much better for a three star. Great free breakfast. Clean. Back rooms are very quiet. Lots of restaurants/bars around. Busy, but pretty safe area. Great 4 star amenities.

No iron in room. A/c is window type, and while a good quality one, they are still always a little noisy. Not awful, though.

Really quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Breakfast was really good. Nice selection

Wifi wasnt that good only 2 bars Slow

Location,Ambience

To strict for a little early check in

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room was extremely spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quite luxurious in a faded way. The area was fun to walk around with a lot of interesting night spots as well as street stalls.

There were sachets of sugar in the room, but no tea or coffee, though they gave me 2 tea bags when I asked. The wifi didn't work, though a staff member came and found a way in the end.. The TV wouldn't turn off properly and gave off light all night.

The art deco vibe and the clean rooms! The bed is comfy

Just the leak in our bathroom beside the tub

Great staff, great breakfast with menu options, easy to get a Grab taxi or walk to a few places

The blinds let in too much light where the curtains didn’t cover them. I slept with an eye mask so it worked great but would’ve loved a darker room

Staff generally very attentiv and supportive

I appeared 10.40 for breakfast and was clearly advised to be late. i reported it to be "not very gracious"...

I like the cleanliness, beds were comfortable, had that classic theme to it and breakfast choices were great.

Close to Mall shopping very nice staff

I did not know everything has a service charge from eating in the restaurant and others

We were 2 friends sharing the same room, and it would have been nice if we received 2 keys instead of one.

Friendly staff, location.

At first, the air conditioning was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep, and later it stopped working entirely. As the staff explained that all rooms have the same noisy air conditioning, I decided to move to another hotel despite having already paid and being unable to cancel.

Great staff. Helpful and discreet. Breakfast was lovely. A beautiful hotel.

This is my second time staying here and I am still satisfied with everything: location (near Poblacion bars, Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark, SM Makati, and OneAyala, ambiance and design, comfort, and friendly staff.

The location, the fournitures, and the style of the hotel. Nice atmosphere for breakfast.

The location is great right in the heart of Markari. Many restaurants around the hotel.

Breakfast is the same menus.

One of my favorite places!Value for money is excellent. Staff amazing!

I prefer king size beds and often they only have 2 twins.
