Also there from Dec. 7 to 14. The staff was very friendly, positive, helpful. One male employee even took both suitcases up to my room. :) The room satisfied all my needs--comfortable bed, good t.v., bathroom, cleaned every day. I'll stay there again!

No, everything was up to my satisfaction--wifi, clean rooms, great personnel, etc., etc., etc! Forgot to mention, great price!

Budget. No hidden fees. The room is clean with AC, warm shower, WIFI, and has a soft bed. Free toiletries as well. ?

No amenities mostly and the building is old. But it's budget and comfortable so it's okay.

The location and the staffs were ok.

No heater . Room not that clean . Floors has no tiles. Wifi quality was bad. Looks like it’s a very old hotel . For the price , it’s not worth it because you can actually get a much better hotel room for that price .

Apart from a couple of times I came down to Reception and there was no one there, I have waited for good 20mins at one point and is very unusual, I had to go upstairs again to talk to someone who was cleaning my floor (3rd) to get some sort of answer...

You should be able to update the customer if the payment method was being declined so we can able to Change it. It was an issue with booking com not with garvs.

Dirty rooms/facilities,appliancesIts as if u check in and check out with even cleaning room during stay. We didnt finished the 5day stay because we got sick due to asthma rhynitis attacked because of dirty beddings, headboard, air purifier.

The location is perfect. Commute is great and stores are all around.

It is not well maintained. 3 years ago, its was still fine. Now, the faucet handle comes off, water from the shower creates a puddle and the windows cannot be closed properly due to a television cable. All traffic honking is heard inside the room.

i like the location as it was near my workplace and the room is quiet, clean and cozy. I also had access to the internet

it was hard for me locate the area at first as the hotel name is different. But overall, i am satisfied with my stay.

It could do with a kettle in the room, I drink ransoms hot drink every now and then when I’m in bed but couldn’t because I have to go out off my room to collect hot water.

Accessible to public transport and fast food.

The facilities esp. the internet. I hope they'll upgrade their connection next time. The business is also cash basis only. Given that its already 2023 and they are affiliated with Reddoorz and Booking.com, it's about time to embrace card/online payment.

Location was good, very convenient to reach main avenues of Metro Manila and well provided with transportation to almost everywhere. Shower with hot water and AC working properly.Size of the bed and room dimensions were ok.

Room was poorly clean. Hair from previous customer and/or cleaners everywhere.Drainage of the shower not working and so the entire toilet gets flooded after using the shower. Water closet flush tank not working, not discharging.Door of the room like if it was made of paper. Noise from other rooms and corridor passes through. Lock very weak. No window in the room.

Wifi access is good.

No lift/elevator. TV didn't have shows/ no signal and no remote control.

Friendly staff. Nice front desk teller and guard. Good service.

Minor problems on Cr leaks, busted light, hard to open doorknob, limited channel in television, and no cabinet and table in room.

I liked that it was located by local shops and food places

You had to constantly keep logging back into the WiFi. If you put your phone down for 2-3 minutes it would log you out. Also no shower curtain. Other than that it was manageable.
