COVID required hotel - no phone in the room, everyone had to share a phone in the hall. Not Recommended Hotel - plus you have to buy hotel food, you can not have food brought to you. Poor rating.

I¿m so happy to see that I got a good deal from the people I know and I¿m happy that they have been doing well

I¿m not sure if I have a problem with the hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.

The only complaint I could possibly have is I prefer a fitness center.

Location and good service at the hotel.

Room size is enough for 2 persons. When we arrived it looks clean, but I wish that I had a nice view in the window. The bed is very comfortable.

I paid extra to our pet dog. No amenities like swimming pool and gym. There is a limited channels on the television. No complimentary bottled drinking water. The use of iron and ironing pad is limited to 30mins only.

The room was clean. We slept well because the hotel was quiet. The staff were accommodating, especially with my pet, and did not ask many questions.

The air conditioning was a bit weak.

The bed was super comfortable. This was a good place to stay as it's very near the malls and the train stations.

Nearly everything was perfect

The television controls are not posted and are difficult to figure out. The batteries in the remote control are weak and cheap Chinese products YOU should buy better American ones. The window shade is tricky.

The staff were friendly and accomodating

There were no free breakfast included nor a restaurant were you can order food. No complimentary bottled water nor toiletries except for the toilet tissue and liqiud soap which they don't replenish unless you ask them to. They don't clean the room everday unless you request for it. The dust under the bed is thick so I guess they don't sweep them since its not visible

I havr to go out to the elevator to call front desk.

Its clean. It has nice view too from the window.

The key card to be used for the elevator doesnt work well. I had to tap many times for the elevator to work otherwise you wont be able to get to your room floor.

there was some leftover trash in the bathroom when we checked in, an old shampoo packet from the previous guest

the building and room design are very sophisticated. very clean and for its price is exceeding the expectations.

a little enhancement for the sound proofing is needed as you can hear the sound of the passing car from the outside.

The room is spacious and is very clean. It is very near LRT Cubao Station and Araneta City.

I honestly have mistakenly booked the hotel thinking that it’s cheap. While I could find similar accompdation with cheaper rates, overall, my stay was great. Would book again if I am in the area

It is a great value. Free Parking is a big plus.

We only had one pillow per bed. We asked for wash towel and were told none were available.
