Convenient location next to my meeting venue, food outlets etc

The hot water system seems to be not working. My health is not good with gold water, therefore it was a little depressing with the absence of the warm shower. Hope, the hotel management can have this sorted out.

Tricked with hidden charge

The Hotel Charged me upon registering a non-refundable sanitation fee worth 400 pesos that is not stated on the email and booking, i wasn't informed that there will be a charge and they did not provide a receipt for that. It felt like i was tricked.The room was with a flying cockroach ?The bidet was broken.Disposable slippers should be provided since it was a Hotel but there's non. It was my first time encountering a so called hotel that let the guest barefoot with that cold floors. Noice from vehicles outside can be heard, i did not sleep well all night , i only got 4 hrs of sleep. I will not be coming back. It was a big mistake booking. That 400 pesos charge should be indicated on your details upon booking on your page and website , that was cheating on your part . Tricking your guests from other hidden charges that they will only know upon arrival and can't do anything about it since the booking was already done and can't backout. That is not fair for us customers.

regret booking at this hotel

charged 400 peso for sanitisation. but the rooms were dirty. the toilet bowl and sink were clogged. stains on towels and pillow cases. picture in booking.com is different from actual room

The place would have been okay except for 2 issues: The television wasn’t working and I stayed 5 nights, reported the issue to the reception and nothing was done about it, not even an offer to move to another room.2nd Issue: Booking.com issued me a receipt by email, for PHP8264 but the actual amount charged to me in cash was PHP9500 . When I inquired why the price difference, the reply wasn’t convincing. This should be corrected as it is not acceptable.

We loved our time here, but their service can improve. They do not greet you when you walk in and it is more casual here. Great location because walking distance to convenience stores. I recommend this place.

Few friendly staff.

I would highly recommend this place for its nice, cozy place. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is spacious and neatly prepared for the guest. Restroom is clean and has shampoo and body wash inside. Will surely come back here!

very poor quality of linens and bed. old and worn out even the fixtures were bad. dangerous electrical octopus connections, cockroaches and mosquitoes. hidden charges for sanitizing the room wc is supposed to be done as standard operating procedures, pandemic or none. i booked red doorz becoz i was expecting similarvstandards to the red doorz in angeles city wc charges rates at half the price. will tell all my friends avoid the red doorz at timog, yuck

The room is huge. Housekeeping did above average job of keeping room clean and promptly responded when requested. The suite was was well appointed with amenities. Will stay here again and recommend it to everyone

Great indoor swimming pool, location is very accessible, close to popular bars, restaurants, spas and commercial areas. The bellman is very attentive, he knows all the best spots nearby.

Room is clean. Shower is nice and strong water pressure. 24HR room service, however there's 24HR McDonald's with free wifi across the street. Staff is nice and friendly. Nothing to complaint for the price

The hotel is very accessible in one of the busiest street along Timog, QC. The price is right. I love the place. The SM North EDSA mall is just nearby. And the Cubao, commercial centre is just nearby. Sanitized place for every guests. Breakfast in bed is available by request

Parking is OK but the pipes to in is slightly leaking.

This hotel is in perfect busy business place ,were you can go and have fun.This hotel has its own restaurant bar/club.parking is not a problem they have parking in the basement guarded for the customer.

The only negative comment that i can say is their lobby is not air condition ,anyway you need only few min to check in and you can enjoy your room with good air condition

It was nice spending my night in this hotel. Room is big, conducive and relaxing. Staff people are nice, friendly and they will greet you with a smile. Nice bar to unwind, its cozy and again relaxing. Swimming pool is pretty cool and gym is ok.

Lounge or waiting area should have wifi access as well as room. So that it is a bit safe to use laptop inside your room. It is somewhat not ok to pay outside local calls.

Hotel is convenient & near to major malls but as you know, the traffic conditions of manila makes everything not so accessible afterall. The room is very comfortable, clean and nice. All staff are very attentive.

Bathroom has no floor mat but when I went down and requested, the staff immediately reported it to housekeeping.

AC is working fine, i slept well.

TV is not working, no bath soap.

No shampoo and body wash soap, no tv and poor wifi connection, no ref and kettle.
