Worst hotel

Everything is broken and not properly maintain. No soap or shampoo, hot and cold shower not working, the door is broken. plates are not clean and too disgusting. there are lots of cockroaches roaming around, really not comfortable and worst hotel.

The location is easy to find. The staff was okay.

There are many cockroaches and there were leaks. The picture and the place is not the same. Such a scam.

location as it’s near to where we need to be

although very responsive Redzdoor’s customer service is in Indonesia thus no clue about my inquiry. It’s advertise as apartelle but in reality it’s a shockingly love motel.The room has no toilet roll, handwash or towel- all basic but we find asking for them.The bed sheets and pillow cases are way too old and clearly has seen better days.There is nothing good in the rooms either, stains on the floor, dirty seat cushion, very dirty curtain, noisy aircondiotion. I am lost for words.If we were not extremely tired due to lack of sleep we would have run away from this property.

Bad. They woke me up @ 11pm to transfer parking. got problematic when I was about to check out @7am

I only appreciate the location, the staff for being kind and accommodation plus free water bottles

no free wifi and signal for globe is poor.. I cannot even talk to my partner.. no hot shower and I saw a cockroach in room 406..

The staff are always around to assist even late at night. The property is old but it’s obvious the team do their best to maintain and keep it clean. They provide basic toiletries including a dental kit. it’s great for short stays. Price is cheap. ATM and Convenient store is far away but tricycle are available 24/7.

the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. You could still hear road noise from inside.

The place does not look like the ones in the pictures. I expected too much. When I got in the room, it smells like a dirty mop. Still need to exert an effort to buy air fresheners

Great location near Shaw Boulevard and SM MegaMall. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. They have a security guard that made me feel safe. I requested a quiet room since I am a light sleeper. They gave me one! The room was huge. I would definitely stay there again.

The Wifi/Data Connection was weak so I spent most of my productive time in coffee shops outside because I found it hard to get a signal. Just adding more lights especially in the bathroom of Room 206 would be great. It was a bit too dim.

Not worth the money

Had a fabulous stay here. The staff made me feel like royalty although it was awkward at some point but overall the service was great. The room was really comfortable and the view was amazing. I can only wish that the holidays is longer so we could also stay longer.

My family and I have traveled the world and stayed a lot of places! This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Wasn’t only the amazing view and amenities but most important the people who was extremely accommodating and contributed to my families unforgettable experience! We will most definitely be going back there!

I truly enjoyed our anniversary staycation at this hotel. I requested a higher floor because we wanted to have a great view. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the big smiles of their hospitable staff, room were very comfortable. Thank you for our delightful stay!

Stayed at the Alpha Suites a few weeks ago and honestly, it was one of my best staycations! The room was amazing. I also enjoyed their facilities. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I'd also like to give props to the frontdesk staff for being very helpful throughout our stay.

The staff here are very accommodating to their guests. The staff is available and on-call at all times. I stayed here with a few of my friends and they were willing to help us surrounding if we needed help with the room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you RedDoorz @ Samat Mandaluyong team for helping us create memories! Can’t wait to get back here.

I travelled in many places in the Philippines and countries around the world but a stay at this hotel, it was a great experience at all time. This hotel offered reasonable rate and good amenities. But above all is the remarkable excellent service provided at the front desk.

Aircon is not that cool but some other rooms I stayed before has very cool AC.
