I did not stay there more than 10 minutes.

The room was on the 3 or 4th floor, with no elevator. The rooms didn't have electronic locks. It did not seem like a safe place to stay. They don't start serving breakfast until 6. The entrance is on the backside of the building.

The staff was awesome.

Very clean, safe, and 24hr security at all time. Okay for one night stay , before a flight.

Location is not that great. It's far from alot things. And you have to walk back and around the freeway to get to any stores or restaurants. **Hard for taxis to find the place. But it's basically under the free way junction.

Personel is always smiling, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and have good standards. Near airport too. I halways choose this hotel because of staff, standard and location.

Only one thing is negative, and that's the noise from traffick and poor view.

The windows are not windows they are some kind of wire mesh. You are next to a very busy street, so you hear a lot of things very loudly and cannot sleep all night. There are homeless people outside the hotel which make it feel very unsafe and dirty. Wont recommend it

1. Good location, near airport. Even it is close to a noisy road, it is not a big problem for me. And the staff will notice you in advance.2. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Booked a room for my husband during his stay in Manila. He said he liked the place, the room is clean & staffs are nice especially the security guard.

The rooms are comfortable.

A bit loud outside but they told me that before check in.

I liked that they were super accommodating to respond to my needs during my stay.The overall appearance of my room was great! I think their choice of colors was the reason why I didn't have a hard time sleeping.The noise from the outside wasn't much of a problem for me, if anything, it lulled me to sleep and it serves as good white noise if you're trying to write.

Nothing! The location seems a little sketchy but security on the door at all times who help you to your cab etc

the location was gross, and they couldn’t take card so I had to cross the road and withdraw money from the most sketch atm

Excellent supportive staff, great spacious rooms, comfy beds, excellent showers, TV with HBO. Our go-to place in Makati, highly recommended.

Windows basically let all noise through, near 2 busy roads with lots of honking the horn.

Lots of stairs. Thankfully the security guard helped carry the luggage.There isn't anything worthwhile that's within walking distance.

Rooms are clean. Shower is decent. They have complimentary water, coffee, tea, slippers, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

They do not have a hair dryer. It is located near the slum area.
