Restaurante closed first night, cold food that took hours to come on second night

Cozy, spacious room with comfortable beds. Furniture look rather new. Aircon and WiFi is working good. Not really on a high floor, but it's free from the outside noise. Quite unusual to see such a big extinguisher and fire escape mask inside the room. Water refill station along the corridor. Staff are generally on a friendly side, though some are without much expression. Like its huge lobby. Location is within the bustling Chinatown area.

Surprisingly no fridge in the room. No glass door to segregate the shower and wash basin in the bathroom. Php 2,000 cash deposit required, even though the room payment is by card. This is Chinatown, but the set breakfast choice with Chinese dish is not available, a bit ironic. And why state coffee of your choice or egg of your choice on the breakfast platter menu when no choice is given. Lastly, waiting for almost an hour for the set breakfast to be served, with so little guests than more staff are around, and serving a family first who arrived later than us, not a good experience at all.

the polythelene door on the shower side was missing, apparently shattered/ broken some time ago and never replaced so that water was splashing on the floor when i took a shower. the bathroom floor becomes wet after each shower, and bathroom towel was the only solution. The danger of slipping is always there.

The room and the cleaniliness of the room, also the location is near the ongpin famous street food area.

Their food service was really bad , we purchased buffet breakfast and when we got there by 7:45 no food was left in the buffet area .. they refilled some of the food so slow it took us hours for waiting for it . The value for money is not worth it . They didnt even put action on it . So sad they gave us voucher for lunch and experience the same thing . So disappointing

The reception staff were great. All the staff were polite and helpful when asked for requests. Maintenance staff were prompt when an issue was reported. House keeping was good in tidying up the room. 2kms to IntramousThe hotel had a 31st buffet dinner with karaoke and a live band which was amazing and really made our new year and the trip memorable. The evening MC was warm and inclusive and the guests were friendly.

The fridge didn't work There was no hot water for the first two daysRoom service was not available Restaurant didn't have any chicken dishes available Breakfast buffet was sparsely filled and all the dishes were cold. Replenishment was refused an hour before the buffet closed. Tiles at the room entrance and bathroom were chipped. Toilet blocked twice during the stay and had an unsightly black stain. Wifi cut off at midnight. Towels were forgotten most days and had to be requested via reception. One time this took over an hour to arrive. A 12km to 16km distance from major malls.

Location

Empty soap and shampoo dispenser in the showers. No complimentary coffee, tea, slippers, bathrobe and water bottles provided. Facility is outdated. We paid similar price at Ramada and they are far superior. Items I enumerated were all provided plus their breakfast buffet is better.

It is very nice hotel in the middle of Chinatown. The staff are very friendly and help us to get what we need. Thank you everyone, we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed felt like leftovers from lunch/dinner previously

Check in never gave me a receipt for a 2000 incidental deposit then confused me with another guest saying they did in fact give it to me.I argued and eventually got my deposit back.The security guard on the other hand were nice and helpful

The location was great. Nice staff and the price is very affordable.The suite was very spacious and it had all the basic needs. The beef tapa breakfast plate was delicious. They were also very apologetic for the inconveniences we have experienced.

They initially gave me the wrong room despite calling weeks prior about the changes on the booking. The first suite assigned to us reeked of cigarrete that they transferred us to another suite but the fridge was not working properly. We had to call the reception to have it fixed. Though the room was overall clean, the carpet in the liVing room area was dirty with stains on it. I specifically ordered sunny side up eggs for bfast with machiatto but they served us scrambled eggs and milk instead. The manager was very apologetic though and personally brought the machiatto to our room.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist was amazing ! Caring and lovely ! Great security officer as well !

The staffs and lobby manager were extremely helpful for assisting me to contact the dishonest Grab driver for getting back my wallet which had been left in Grab driver's car.

We stayed during Chinese new year, my family was so happy when they get to watch the lion dance when we checked in. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The location is right in binondo which is perfect as we want to observe the chinese new year. For a 3 star hotel its clean and the room size is not bad. some part of the headboard is bit worn out but we don't mind the room looks spotless . I will come back here again if I have non locals who would like to visit manila.
