Friendliness of the staff.Especially Hazel and Rachell were wonderful.Al vin at the restaurant was very nice.

Breakfast, good view and nice facilities

Good and safe location. Have convenience stores , restaurants and shopping mall close to hotel.

Less facilities in room with 4 stars level. Breakfast in the morning still not complete in every menu for eat even though 6.30. Not convenience for working early in morning.

Comfortable, clean rooms, good internet, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. I had a fantastic stay at Wynwood Hotel, Ortigas. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk team made me feel right at home, accommodating my early check-in request.The room was spotless, well-lit, and beautifully designed with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the crisp linens to the quality toiletries provided. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a huge plus for both work and streaming.Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot—close to SM mega mall, yet still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep.Special shoutout to the housekeeping and restaurant teams who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The TV was old type, no streaming services, no screen mirroring was possible.

18th floor a little bit scary. Hallways lack of lighting..its like we're alone on that floor that anyone can easily rob us..feeling isolated!!just sayin!!

Location is near all major commodities. Has a restaurant and Starbucks. Spacious rooms and clean.

strategic location, competitive price, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean, sound proof, quite, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, pillow and blanket, bathrobe and slippers. I also like the big whole body mirror and essential rack for jewelry and coat. I will definitely stay again if I am coming back around the area.

No swimming pool but it's okay I was there to meet friends and shopping.

The rooms have space and are comfortable, very well located for business meetings in Ortigas. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is fair. Bed is comfortable, rooms are silent.

Being a regular guest, I have to say that the GYM could be bigger and ideally there could be a pool in the hotel. Otherwise, breakfast could have natural juices.

The staff at the Wynwood Hotel were all extremely warm and friendly. The rooms were well-cared for and the free wifi was fast and reliable. The complimentary breakfast served a varied selection of sweet and savoury dishes.If you are looking to stay in this area of Manila I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Always a great stay The staff are always great! During breakfast Lily stood out this time, however all staff had great mannerism.

The parking and at times would be nice to have AC in elevators.

Hotel is well located for business purposes in Ortigas. Good breakfast with fair variaty and egg station. Massage is available and is good. Staff is very friendly. Check out is good as is late. Room is spacious.

Breakfast could have natural juices instead of powder juices. Laundry could be done from one day to the other, the form would only indicate a 2 day period or same-day laundry at a premium. Other then these minor details, everything is good and I plan to stay again in the hotel.

Location is accessible to commuting. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to locate malls and establishments. Staffs are high on service and will really make you feel welcome. They are very attentive. Food menu has improved and they are great! Buffet menu changes daily. Amenities clean and functioning well.

Maybe it’s just this summer heat - ac is full blast but still feels hot.

I always stay here but busy due to busy season got a different room. The new room had some drainage problem.
