Hotel in good location for what we needed and clean

Paper thin walls made the noise level very high

THE HOTEL IS GREAT

I SUGGUEST TO DO NOT PUT YOUR TRASH BIN BESIDE THE ELEVATOR THERES A UNNECESSESARY SMELL IN THE HALL WAY I SUPPOSE THAT THE GUEST WILL BE THE ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IN THEIR TRASH

Hoping there’s a ref and table, and the noise on the next room can be heard

This hotel now have Bistro restaurant in the lobby.Free mineral hot and cold water in hallways.Room air condition low noise good for easy sleep.

The stay was nice, comfortable, good value, and in a great location near bars, restaurants and a mall

The internet speed was below 40 Mbps, which feels slow in 2026. Also, as a regular guest, I noticed some of the bed/reading LIGHTS were not working.

Too noisy we heard all day and night the elevator up and down sounds its anoying sounds cannot sleep instead relaxing area u can hear also the people who work the hotel is not supported sound proof. Better the hotel in Go Hotel otis.

Location and pantry was good. additionally, i am thankful to the security guard

The safe is huge, very close to Robinsons, the hotel provides Grab support

The shower, the location

The airconditioner was dripping, can hear the next door noise. Their chair for work is hard as a rock. Some mold spots in the shower

Near to the other hotels in which conventions are usually held.

They first gave me a room with a defective door knob. That was ok, the concierge gave me a different room. And then, There was knocking on the door 3 times, but there was no one outside from the peephole. I called the concierge 3 times to send someone to check the hallway if there are any intruders. They only said that the bellboy maybe bringing towels. I told them, Don’t your bellboy know how to knock and introduce himself? After 3 calls, they sent no one. Fearing for my safety, I left the room in less than 1 hour upon checking in. They only offered to transfer room and nothing else.

Some have leaks from the aircon and the cr looks a lil untidy.

The room was exceptionally clean and impressive.

Elevators wasn't that excellent, I think I was placed in the topmost location of the building, and the elevators are quite unclean/old. Also, hallway is very hot and doesn't give hotel-vibes.

Truly love this hotel! The view from our third story room overlooked the beach. Every day we had comfortable beach chairs. However what made it the most enjoyable was the staff. They were so friendly, so kind and took great care of us. This is a must visit hotel and when I come back to the beautiful island, I will definitely stay here again

Clean and comfortable.

The staff at the reception did not smile did not introduce herself. At checkout i forgot my eyeglasses in the room but did get it back despite telling me to wait so they can check the room. I only realized I don’t have my eyeglasses when I was already at the airport.

Good and accomodating staffs.

We stayed ther for 3 days.The Lift was very noisy and disturbs our sleep and we can hear randon noises inside our room. Comfort room was not that spacious and NOT properly fixed because the water overflows from the CR when you take a shower making the floor of our room wet.

Covered parking. Staff were ok.

We were a large family and had booked 7 rooms and saw the condition of all. Only 1 room was decent with no water leaks and no cockroavhes. We asked to be moved twice since one room smelled like cigarettes and another the ac wasn't working. The one we settled in still had a weird smell. The shower was leaking water, and there was black mold in the wall. The walls were thin, and you could hear everything. As the booking was non refundable, we were stuck for 3 days.. A few streets over is the mall. The red light distric was also a few blocks away to my dismay. At night there were homeless families sleeping on the sidewalks nearby. Sorry, never staying there again.

I didn’t like their bath towels. Looks like they didn’t wash it .

The towels are not white . Looks like dirty white. They need new towels . Elevator smells bad
