MySpace@BGC Hotel

Initially, I wasn't happy with my room. It was next to the road, so it was quite noisy. However, the staff moved me to another room in the center of the building. The bed was comfortable. It was quire spacious. And my shower was hot!

This hotel has the strangest air conditioner system I've ever seen or heard. It's quite and I couldn't find a switch to turn it off, so I had to unplug it.

quiet, easy access to BGC highstreet which is where we need to go as we spent our New Year there and there are no more accommodation available eventhough we tried booking start of November

we stayed before and omelet can be requested, now the staff was mataray and bluntly said hindi pwede or with extra payment i forgot which is which.

The stay was good but I was charged twice! Booking.com and the property itself! Sent them all the emails and proof but n

The proximity to work, how comfortable it is

Sometimes too noisy during the day (i work the night shift and sleep during the day)

Breakfast was tasty. Room was smaller than I expected but immaculate and well appointed with good air con, TV, Etc. I had a view down on a residential street and a big mango tree out my window so always something to look at. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nice art in communal spaces.

Noisy dogs in the evening. Kind of thin walls so next room's activities kept me intrigued/awake one night. Not really in the middle of BGC...a bit of a walk.

The bed was confy and nice amenity kits.

The location is quite inside the neighborhood.

Easy access to stores and has a nice atea good for walking and jogging

I will rate the staff 8.

The room was small, with just enough space for us and our luggage. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Air-conditioner came with a remote so we could control it without getting out of bed which was a bonus. There wasn't a closet or end tables by the bed, but the comfort and cleanliness more than made up for it.

It’s clean and comfortable…value for money

I was told that it’s very near the mall, walking distance, but I realized that it is not…

Location is very convenient to shops and be very secured.

No fridge but not a big deal. May need to have extra bins for rubbish.

I like that the staff are very helpful and the service is really good. The place is clean, comfortable, and close to BGC.

Not much selections in breakfast buffet.

I reserved 9 rooms for this trip. My room was considered as luxury and it was good.. the only thing that was missing was a washcloth.

The other luxury and standard rooms didn’t fit the word luxury. The bfast buffet wasn’t good at all, it’s not worth for what they charge. The location is quite a distance from all the places to visit..however the staff were friendly.

Room is clean, comfortable bed, nice room lighting, great breakfast, decent staff, nice lounge area & in a safe neighborhood w/ security guard.

Hard to get a ride out.

i like that it was near BGC, i can easily go to BGC and Baclaran and MOA. I also like that the aircon functions very well. They have 24 hrs room service for food.

Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfy as usual. Fast check in and check out process.

Wifi is in and out so we couldn’t use it properly for 5 mins straight, we used our cellular data instead. Also hope they have dark colored curtains because we sleep during daytime and it’s very bright in the room

Location. Close to market market.

Poor breakfast. Aircon not very effective, in a wired position.

Regular guest at this hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay as always.

WIFi not working for most of my stay. Neighbourhood dogs barking incessantly are very annoying although I acknowledge this is outside the control of hotel management.

The staffs were very accomodating as we requested for change of rooms. It was a decent price as well, given that it's near the center of BGC.So will surely come back, and we already know the rooms to request the nexttime.
