Except for the security at the entrance whose always ready to greet with a smile and the front desk staff who are helpful (thanks to you), maybe, other staff were tired, we never failed to thank you with every request, every service given, you could do with a little smile sometimes.

We had a great stay at Hotel Lucky Chinatown in Binondo. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Manila’s Chinatown, making it very accessible to food crawl spots and gold shops in the area.The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided. Elevators stink and have no ventilation - they definitely have to improve on that.

It is near shopping malls

There was one open counter in the lobby when we checked in and during that day there was a seminar i think so there were few other people having their transactions so it really took a lot of time for us to check in. It could have been better if there were at least two counters opened since there were a lot of people that day. We booked for connecting rooms. There was no remote control for the tv in the other room and tv was not used also because it keeps on asking to be scanned to get the channels. The flat iron board we requested was broken.

the room did not come with breakfast. It would have been a greater value for the rate if it came with breakfast.

Room was a bit dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed and the couch had stains.

The location is amazing. Easy access to Binondo (Chinatown) and Intramuros. You have plenty of restaurants and cafes around as well. Plus the hotel has access to Lucky Chinatown Mall where you can get some essentials, do a bit of shopping, and eat.The room was also great, not the newest, but for the price it was worth it. We also had a nice view of the city, for some reasons the neon lights at night coming from the buildings were nice and the moving cars as well.The staff were all kind and friendly. They always greeted us warmly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. The front desk staff, Ms. Pretty, was very accommodating and kind.

I hope they upgrade their cable TV to smart TV and offer Netflix or YouTube access or even other streaming sites. The quality of the TV was also bad, reception was not good and the channels were just meh. The room was overall clean, though we noticed that the carpet hasn’t been cleaned well. We also killed a very tiny insect at the bathroom. But overall it was pretty clean I would say.

Location is great. Room is clean and well stock. Service as awesome, Front desk staff very accommodating especially Pretty. Made the process smooth. As a repeat customer, always looking forward on return.

Breakfast was disappointing. Too sweet.

I like it near the shopping area, easy to come and go if you are already tired . Lots of dine in to select with affordable price same thing with other things like clothing etc. I like there, convenient to shop from expensive brand to cheaper whatever you prepared.

Tràffic in the area which is understandable because it is shopping zone.

Stayed in this hotel a few times already - room rates very reasonably priced but with no free breakfast, great locationI usually book the superior room when traveling alone or for a max of 3D/2N when traveling with family (of three). Beyond 2N, I prefer booking the junior suite room for added comfort and bigger space to move around during the extended stay.

It is near Chinatown, Binondo and Intramuros

A bit small. But bathroom and room itself is clean.

Friendly staff, stayed twice here within 2 weeks. First time I had a regular room, second they upgraded me to a suite which was wonderful. The restaurant is actually very good even if it always empty. Service a bit slow but good food. Location was excellent for our needs, next to shopping and coffee shops and many restaurants in the area.

Water is not very hot. Bathroom in regular room was very dirty, black mold in shower and surround. Faucets and taps are corroded. Bring flip flops for shower. The suite was excellent, clean and super quiet.Not much consistency regarding how much deposit is required, some in our group left 2k pesos, others 4K, some 50 euros but were asked for 100 euros.

The location is awesome, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We had a problem with our room and the staff quickly transferred us.

The breakfast buffet could probably use some improvements. Maybe some tea or choco drink, I'm not a coffee drinker and there no other option. Food are also limited.

The lady at the reception was very helpful.

We felt that the compensation offered for the brief water supply interruption was insufficient, so we decided to decline it

Dirty bathroom tiles, no foot mat even if we requested for one (their reason is their laundry is backed up due to the hotel being fully booked)
