Go Hotels Manila Airport Road

I did not like the following: 1) Not all rooms has Chair 2) The Water Heater was turned off when I arrived. I have to call at the middle of my shower to have it turned on. 3) 2nd key card for the second guest was not given if not asked. 4) VERY POOR W

Close to airport and clean

No towels in my room. I wanted a double and they gave me 2 singles beds

Good breakfast, but not free.

They would not take my US credit card, even though my credit is perfect. My wife had to use her Philippine Debit Card. The room was cold. This was corrected, however. There was no hot water in the shower. This was also corrected.

Location and price.

For the price it was ok.

I like the go hotel is clean and very friendly environment! And also not to worry about food u can just eat inside they have everything in there! and If I will go back to Philippines. I will choose go hotel again to stay a night ?

Almost everything. AC remote is broken. Shower door does not close properly, water leaked into the room. Shaving mirror was dirty. Bugs everywhere. While booking it, I was allowed to pick my desired check in time, hey even said that they will cancel my booking if I didn’t reply within the 24 hours regarding my desired check in time. Only to be told at the desk that it does not work like that and we should follow the standard check in time.

Good for short stay ,you get access for drinking water which very helpful,we can refill our bottle water any time :)

Again AC isn’t working as well their WiFi This place needs a lot of work ,flooding everytime you take a shower ‘water goes right to the hallway going to bed .

Nothing. It looks old, not clean

The parking its very stiff. The surroundings is also not clean. We need to change room because of the aircon because it keeps on dripping.

They allow me to check in early and check out on tye same day with no additional charges.

The room next door was noisy i think the house keeping was cleaning.

Go Hotel would be my last choice. It was good last year. Poor TV signal, bed is too close to the wall, etc You have to

The standard is very far from the Go Hotels I have booked. The lobby was poorly lit, elevator smells like kulob, the bathroom shower barely has hot water, the toilet bowl cover literally is falling apart. I regularly book Go Hotels in other locations so I know for a fact that Airport Rd branch is way below standard.

The location being close to NAIA Intl is the reason why we tried this hotel: but compared to GH Mandaluyong and GH Puerto Princess, it was like comparing an apple and an orange for sweetness whereby this was orange while the other 2 GH were Gala apples. The only big plus for this one was the alertness and ready help from the security guards in luggage handling and door service particularly of Florence.. In general,along with the questionable maintenance of the hotel, there was some leery feeling when strolling outside. Kudos anyways to some staff staff members like Mike and others.

The security factors surrounding the hotel location were undesirable.

The door to my room doesnt open really well. I had to put down all things im carrying just to open it properly. Elevator went crazy once... It kept opening and closing. The lights were also broken... It was too dark to actually read . And there was no table to work on except for that dresser with an extension that was not facing the light. So working there was dark since i hae to turn my ack from the light
