Location abnd Cleanliness

The price of the room was too high and breakfast was not included. I pay prepaid almost 5 months ago to reserve at the equivalent dollar value. Compare with other hotel of same category thos is too expensive.

Nice people and clean

The food and the fact that internet and the continental breakfast was not free.

Everything is clean, organized, nicely built and connected to the Asia mall

The price for laundry is very expensive.

The staff was amazing!

Nice room. Very big and comfortable.

We paid extra for a sea view. Our main view was the building next to us. We could see the sea but we had to stand in the corner and look around. What we saw was not ocean waves and fun it was a construction site far away. Technically a sea view. Very much not in the spirit of a sea view. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Perfect location to access Mall of Asia, and superb hospitality by reception and housekeeping staff.

Conrad Manila is a beautiful, modern hotel with stunning views of Manila Bay—perfect for catching the sunset. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It’s right next to the Mall of Asia, so shopping and dining are super convenient. A bit on the pricey side, especially the buffet, but the overall experience is definitely worth it.

Excellent customer service! Staff are everywhere and ready to assist whenever needed. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Parking was difficult. Waiting line for breakfast was long, although understandable given that it was the weekend and peak hours.

Modern and cozy ambience. Very functional rooms and good use of space. Love the customer service especially the daily text, feel taken cared of. You don’t wait for the guest to call but pro-actively checks in what they need.

If any, the bathroom door is a bit hard to close

We really like the location and all the Staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

I wish Senior can bring the wheelchair to MOA.My mother is 83 years old and having a hard time walking so we had to leave the wheelchair to exit of Conrad connecting to MOA.We had to walk to rent a wheelchair from MOA and then come back to my Mom at Conrad so that She doesn’t have to walk far to go to MOA.I wish the Hotel will be more accommodating to old people I don’t mind renting the wheelchair to Conrad and hopefully this will be a option for upcoming Guests who are accompanying a Senior.

The last time I stayed at the Conrad was in 2019 and it was an excellent experience. Glad to report that the standard is still very high and I loved the amenities and my room in particular. Breakfast was also wonderful and anyone who stays should try it!

Check-in and the concierge (especially upon checking out) could have been a little faster, in my opinion, but it wasn't an upsettingly long wait. I also understand that wheelchairs are only used on the hotel premises, but the concierge didn't assist us with getting the SMaison wheelchair until security scolded them, so that was also unfortunate.

Location is great and so are the rooms.

Dinner buffet is way overpriced. Breakfast buffet was so so.

The staff was amazing, each person being an absolute legend when called on. Thank you Jane and Ian at the front desk, and Marco in the Executive Lounge.Kudos to the culinary staff, their exceptional hospitality was only rivaled by the delicious and wonderful looking meals.

I didn’t like that I only had a reservation for one night and would have to wait until my business outside of Manila was completed to come stay another night with my wife.
