Sometimes voices in the corridor can be heard inside the room
The room ( with twin beds, sink, washroom) was very clean; staff was kind, considerate of my situation as I checked in/out late, and accommodating. The hotel is close to mall, church, and restaurants.
I couldn’t think anything that I don't like about this hotel. It is perfect for what I have paid for.
Location is good and the staff were courteous.
The main lock in my room (465) was malfunctioning, so I was too tired to report it; I just used the second lock to secure my door.
Very acessible
Good location happy staff and kind staffsThere is massage facility thats within the hotel
It's best location. Very accessible to the public.
None at all. I felt secure and safe, the space is just enough for a traveller. ? Good job! ?
The service of staffs are impeccable. This is the genuine full service.
The room is undermaintained. The walls are dirty and lots of stain, the sink is dirty add up the countertop that lots of stain. But the bedsheets and towels are white and clean which i like most
Bed is good, location is excellent, price is very reasonable
nothing much considering the very low room rate
Location
Did not have a hair dryer, iron and hanger.
Conveniently located
It seems like GoHotels is now a super econo hotel. Not even a free soap or shampoo, but well at least they sell some in the counter.
Very near, Rob Galleria! Accessible also to the MRT a good 15 mins walk from Ortigas Station, clean and cold room, I had a great sleep!Staff also is very nice, there was also an area to eat in every floor like a community table and water dispenser
there were some dark spots in the tiles of the shower, no free toiletries specifically the basic ones like toothbrush, hand soap etc, given that this price is almost 2K a night
Location, cleanliness
no soap in the comfort room, only in shower room.
Clean & Location
Room was simply too basic. Could not fit in even a chair or a closet after the Kingsized bed.
Location and Bed
Temperature of the aircon, heater of the shower (no label), Water dispenser is too far
Comfy bed and AC is working properly.
There are no available slippers and drinking water. Probably it is available upon request.
Location is great. Just beside Rob
Difficult to get a taxi and no slippers and hair blower
Location and service
No slipper and hair dryer
Affordable, clean, great location
For the price, i can’t complain.. all is good
Close to everythinf
AC in the room is too cold and the controller is not working so either you turn it off or on only.
