Aruga Apartments by Rockwell Makati

Washer/dryer and kitchen in room. Proximity to a mall.

Had to pay for filtered water. No dish soap in the kitchen. Very strong room deodorizer in the lobby. Other than the mall nothing interesting within walking distance.

The location, room, staff and ambience.

View from the hotel. Is nice. Bathroom is nice n roomy.

It¿s totally good

Extra clean very hospitable and the people were very nice. The rooms were immaculate. With good space.

Near power plant mall. Very convenient and friendly staff

The room is really spacious, quiet and with a very nice view and furniture. The staff is always really kind and trying to help. The gym is well equipped and really clean. The location is perfect with great restaurants and cafes nearby, and the best mall in Manila just across the street

I'm not particularly a fan of the restaurant food for breakfast. Even if they have some continental options, I think the portions are small and way too oily to my taste. But the ambiance of the cafe area is great for meetings and coffees.

It’s clean, staff are great, and its close proximity to the mall and restaurants in Rockwell.

The shower pressure was terrible. Also, at breakfast they wanted to charge me extra for oat milk when it was included previously.

Very clean, very good staff

Prices have become a bit steep than during previous stays.

Rockwell is a great location - near the businesses centers, great mall, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room has a decent sized and very comfortable, the staff was kind and the gym was really good.

Not the quietest.

Location. Room set-up.

Breakfast is not good.

Big and spaciousVery near powerplant mall. Has underground walkway connecting to it.

Swimming pool was very cold

I loved the size of the rooms, quite spacious. I also loved the location as it's got direct access to Powerplant Mall.

The sizes of the water bottles given, 4 bottles were just not enough each day as the water bottles were too small.

Location a plus; easy access to various CBD points and nearby mall. Large and well equipped rooms. Professional staff.

Breakfast place not a part of the hotel so you couldn’t charge against the room

The area and their excellent service

The business hour of facility, it should be 24 hours such as the gym

The property is in a very good location with underground access to the Powerplant MallNice Room and apartments i love the location

The Reception Staff was so unprofessional, at the check in we were not told about the need for Card for each day for the Breakfast so we didn’t collect them and we were not provided with needed cards by the front desk, the first day we where tired we did not go for Breakfast, the day after we went down for breakfast, but we were asked for the cards, i went to reception and ask for the cards the gentleman at the reception started interrogating me by asking:Did you not received the cards on check in?I said no i didn’t, thin he asked me:How did you eat breakfast yesterday?I said we didn’t have breakfast Yesterday.I think he was suggesting that i’m lying to him so i can get more breakfast Cards. That was very rude, I have stayed at this hotel for many times this time was very bad.

Very clean, comfortable, good attentive service, right area and across the Mall.

Small lobby, side building, & no parking.

Location

Service not so great this time; airport transfer wasn’t here, reception called my room in the middle of the night

Staff is on point as usual. Great location. Good breakfast options.

Nice location, clean

Bad shower, poor water pressure
