Conveniently located

Did not assist with bringing down the luggage when requested. We were locked out of our room even when we had paid for the extra day. We checked out at 10:00pm

Staff are very polite, helpful and great in customer service. Their food are the best and the room was very clean.

I like everything

roaches, broken faucet, loose floor strip noisy when walked on, water is not potable as noticed, poor quality breakfast and deceitful staff.

Every staff member I came across were pleasant and polite. The room was clean and in excellent condition.

First, room service wasn't available between 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm. One night I came back from an all day event and no food. Second, surrounding area is in heavy construction. I know the hotel has nothing to do with this. It's just an annoyance.

Free breakfast. Prive. Layout and room cleanliness.

Wi-Fi didn't work well. It would come and go.

Proximity to the places I wanted to visit.

i love to stay here while i work thru holidays...quiet yet happy and comfortable..location is perfect...

Location and delicious breakfast!

Shower is wasting a lot of water. Save money by changing it. The restroom needs a fresh touch. Needs fixing.

affordable, clean, location

somewhat dilapidated (like pillows and towels have holes)the needing to sign a waiver that you damaged this and that and you will pay for it, but it is a blank checklist (i guess this is for the protection of the hotel, but still scary)No windows (there is a window, but you could only see a white wall)

Buffet breakfast wasn't refilled quickly enough. Dining staff can't differentiate the dress code policies. There are mold on shower glass and the shower heads.

The location was nice

Some of the things inside the room was damaged, like the partition between the room near the bathroom and the sink had a crack on it; plus the occupants from the other room was really noisy at 11pm

i love that we saw the fireworks and was really quiet rge whole night while im working..

Modern, spacious and comfortable room. Near a large shopping center.

Twin beds were not so comfortable when put together for a couple.

Clean, quiet, comfy beds and walking distance to a decent mall.

The plumbing in our room (8010) can be fixed...clogged sink, drippy soap dispenser that maybe contributes to mold. Breakfast buffet foods are cold most of the time.

i like that the place is quiet and the rooms are bigger...shower was great....view was good....staff was accomodating...

the AC was not cold...

Spacious well appointed rooms. Excellent 24hr front desk support. Very central and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Fantastic breakfast choices, I especially loved the mode to order omelettes … delicious!

Lovely room with two double beds. Nice hot shower. Great staff. Good wifi.

The location thats is

Rooms are dirty cockroaches everywhere. Plus AC is not working well. I was disappointed because I used to stayed here 2 yrs ago and its okay but now its not well maintained

Location and the size of the room Staff was also quick to check and change our room since we got a room that has a malfunctioning aircon; maintenance guy was good forgot his name

Cleanliness could improve Ladies in the breakfast buffet seen to be very busy behind the bar

The staffs are very friendly and helpful they allow us to check in early as long as there’s an available room. Its our second time here and will always come back. The breakfast is excellent too ☺️
