Staff are very nice

Upon arrival and check in I learned that the air conditioner in the first room did not work so they moved me to another room and that room appears to be still under renovation and it's not a very good .no bath Matt in the shower and you will slip and fall

Location was accessible to the airport and convenience store

So frustrated staying there.Stinky washroom, loud voices at the hall at night time, didn't provided the service we need for early flight and breakfast but confirmed they will provide,decided to pack it but didn't put forks and spoons.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, great location, love the on site shuttle & complimentary breakfast.

Room key didnt work but it was fixed promplty.

The staff was great and always polite. The room was clean and the staff would work with you on when you wanted it cleaned. It had free breakfast and that was a nice feature. It is is close to the Mall of Asia but it is better to take a Taxi than walk.

I wish that it had a small table in the room for when you wanted to eat in and a mini fridge would have been great.

It’s about time for some renovation like new carpets, towels , air conditioning .

The staff was helpful but pushed the shuttle even to travel to SM Mall of Asia, which was 20 pesos by share auto / 50 by joyride. But they were pushing for Shuttle! Location was good as it is 10 mins away from the airport

- Shuttle to and fro the airport was paid - and it was higher than Grab - 2000 for a deposit? we should be paid 2000 for staying there in an ESCAPE ROOM - Carpets and ALL the furniture in the room was stained - Walls damaged

The hotel is about a 15-30 minute drive from the airport. There is a hotel shuttle, but you need to arrange it in advance, or they may not have a driver available to pick you up from the airport. There is a small fee for the shuttle. The rooms have a SMART TV, which I enjoyed because I could watch Netflix. Breakfast is next door at the Kenny Rogers Roasters; it was adequate. The staff were all very friendly. They have to check your room before you can leave the hotel, so give yourself enough time.

We liked the location. Very near the Double Dragon Mall where my son had a 3 day training. There was enough parking. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was at Kenny Roger's. They also serve meals and merienda at the hotel. It's good value for money.

Near to the airport

Terrible hotel. In front of the hotel entrance, there was some kind of market full of strange people. The breakfast consisted of some thrown-together sandwiches with rice from a nearby place. Extremely noisy, both from airplanes and from the air conditioning in the rooms.

Changed rooms a few times due to several minor issues.One time discussion with receptionist who persisted claiming i did not handed over the 2 keycards at checkout…what????

Good clean room with pool for reasonable price. Our favourite hotel in Manila.Just make sure u have proof for handing over both keycards at checkout as they tried to charge me 250php for so called missing keycard……???!!!

The hotel was clean but the rugs were very worn out. Beds were comfortable.

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed and good working AC.We stayed one night to take our flight the next day which was perfect so just relax a bit. Definitely recommend.

The carpet in the room and the bathroom floor are a bit oldish but still ok.The breakfast next door good also be better.

Very small pool.The area around d the pool was very noisy. Possibly an air conditioning unit .My bottle opener went missing good which made it hard to open a bottle of beer .Who would.pinch a bottle opener .It was the incovience more than anything !!

Location is great for airport transfers, it’s about 15 min drive from the airport by Grab. Hotel staff organized airport drop off for us as well which was very quick and convenient. Pancakes for breakfast at Kenny Roger’s next to the hotel were great! Hot shower was good as well. Staff was friendly and polite.

The room we had booked initially was not available so we had to discuss a bit with the staff to get some alternative, which took some time. 3-4 floors rooms were quite noisy at night due to the busy road and huge aircon system. Rooms looked a bit dusty, but beds were comfy and clean. Surroundings looked not very safe in the evening, but hotel itself is safe with the guards who also were very helpful and nice. It’s a good choice for overnight airport transfer anyway.
