Madison 101 Hotel Tower

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Had issue with A/C unit that stopped working and turns out it was an issue for entire building. But they got it resolved in 15 minutes.

I wish I could rate cleanliness higher, due to unkempt closets and leftover stains in bathroom.

Location. Value.

Cleanliness. The room's not that clean. There was a used plate. Disgusting. There even cockroaches.

With free buffet breakfast, the hotel is near our event venue.

No free soup on breakfast. No free soup on breakfast. No free soup on breakfast.

Hot and cold shower did not work, so for two days of stay, we take shower that's too cold! ?

The accessibility, parking

Overall, We had a pleasant experience, except for one guard who was rude about the parking space, saying that once we go out, we wont have a space anymore. Even mentioning that a ‘General’ is on his list of guest so he will not reserve a spot for us. But the rest of the guards were respectful and courteous. I am glad when we returned he was not there anymore bec i was ready to complain.

Only few selections for breakfast with voucher but I think you can also order other items but you have to pay for it.

My husband and I booked a room here in Madison 101 because I had a speaking engagement. The staff were amazingly friendly and always smiled. The in-room massage was relaxing. The room, despite the fact that it faced LRT was quiet and relaxing.

Shower was too high and no shower caps. Better if ahandy shower is installed. Hair blower was defective tho the staff were able to lent their use.

The food was excellent including the staff in the restaurant.

The rooms were so substandard! The pictures were made to fool everyone! I had to change rooms to at least have sheets under the thin blanket. The bathroom was discusting, smelly and tiny. The sink was also so tiny. They did not provide proper wash cloths. It was not advertised as seen in the pictures. I cannot believe I was fooled. I don’t recommend this property at all! Shame on booking.com for suggesting such disgusting accommodations!

Proximity to Cardinal Santos Hospital. Breakfast is Good.

The room was really small, same with the beds.The bathroom if that's what you call it, the shower is in a closet and the toilet the same real strange arrangement. I won't be staying there again!

The first room I stayed in was really nice and clean. Also the TV setup + channels were nice at this hotel. Staff were friendly. Good wifi

I moved rooms during my stay as I wanted to extend my visit. The first room was really nice, clean and high quality. However the second room was significantly lower quality and had small cockroaches. I was also charged the same price for the 2nd room. For the same price there are much better hotels. Also the shower in my first room would change temperature from very cold to very hot at random.

The reception people are nice and attentive. Check in and check out is fast and hassle free tho there's a lot of guest coming in and outKudos also to the guards at the parking area, they made sure we were accomodated in the parking Food is good, and was served warm

Manhattan bar couldn't accommodate our late night order due to an ongoing eventOur room service for breakfast took 40 minutes and still got our order wrongThe drinking water on our floor ran out and We have to do 4 follow ups for it to be refilledBlinds are too light, maybe a black out curtain will be nicer for a better rest for those who are not morning persons

I really like the filtered water cooler outside the room so we basically had unlimited free water.

I traveled to multiple countries and this is the first hotel that wanted to charge me for an extra towel. The wait for an elevator can take long as staff uses the same elevator to move chairs, rolling beds, etc. so guests has to wait until the next elevator.

Room was clean. Breakfast is ok to feel you stomach but not as good as normal breakfast.

They 2000 pesos as deposit which is ridiculous as the room doesn’t have any mini bar. And the reception mention if the bedsheet got dirt will be charge and deducted from the deposit!! That absolutely shame! Is this mean they don’t change bedsheets in the room?! Shower room was very small that you can’t move inside. I don’t think will come back in this hotel. To sleep one night it’s ok. But if you plan more than one night big no!

It's very accessible to publoloc transpo. Near provincial bus terminals, malls and other establiahments

It's near the LRT 2 and Aurora Blvd. So thw traffic sounds can be a hassle sometimes

The only missing facility now is a swimming pool ? told the FOH staff Mr. Kim that Madison hotel is now my fave hotel, I hope your rates will stay affordable even if theres a plan on having a pool ??? Also, thank you for giving my boyfriend a complementary birthday cake for his birthday the last time we checked in. We truly appreciate it. ?
