Festive Hotel Makati

The place is clean and cozy as usual.

the internet connection is not stable. when i arrived the tv is not connected, although when i stepped outside and came back, it was automatically connected. still not stable because my phone cant connect to it.

The food is good. The location is good also but the downside only is, there's no available restaurant within the vicinity of the hotel.

The floor was sticky when we entered the room. We asked for slippers, they only gave us 3 when they knew we were 4 :/. I paid for addtl pax, yet the toiletries and water that they gave us was only for 2. I paid for addtl pax, I didn’t sneak them in so we should’ve been provided 4 of everything. We also tried to use Netflix but it wasn’t loading. So we called reception. Then one of our friends were downstairs, she heard the staff say (non verbatim) “Ah malaki kasi yung TV dun, hindi lang sila familiar.” ????? Is that how u treat ur guests? Lol

We extend our stay during our situation. The same room wasn't available, so we decided to upgrade for a suit, which is nice. Inside has big smart TV you can also connect your phone and enjoy your contents. Bath hup is nice. There are still no cups for suite room as well. As we extend our stay, the hotel team helps us to transfer to our new room. Big thanks.

Netflix wasn't working

Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. They have P500 security deposit. The location is nice. Nearby has 7 eleven and eateries. You can use grab for taxi. In room has kettle but no cups. AC is easy to adjust and works well.

We stayed in room 304. It was by the corner WIFI was very bad and also data signal was very low which make our internet access very slow. In room doesn't have hair dryer as described in information about room.

Just ok..it is clean.location is good price is good.

Comfy rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and they kept our bags safe at reception

Close to some shops and food places and only a short grab ride to the front all staff were helpful

the staffs are very friendly. the room was very clean, ?? to the housekeeping team..the receptionist is very approachable..

I have booked two rooms for two couples. In both rooms the AC was so lodu that we couldn't sleep. Even when turned off you could hear other Aircons due to poor isolation. One room had a dozen of cockroaches

The breakfast was okay. It was nice that they allowed us to check in a little bit earlier.

There’s a lot to be disappointed with. Unfortunately, the room photos were taken right after it was furnished, so everything looks very outdated. Even though we were on the second floor, there was no window in the room, and the bathroom window was sealed, offering no natural light and just a view of a wall. The curtains hadn’t seen a washing machine in ages. The air conditioning, which was very old, broke down on the second night, and even when it was working, it was incredibly noisy and ineffective at cooling the room. The neighborhood wasn’t pleasant either. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in the room. When we reported it to the staff, they mentioned bug spray, but we never received it, and no one seemed concerned about the issue. I don’t expect much for a low price, but this was too much. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be returning.

Excellent most everything

There were ants and roaches in the room and even after I told reception about it nothing done

It was good, the bed was not as comfy as I thought it would be. It seemed like it was slanted and not level. But was good enough for a short layover nap before continuing on to next destination.

so far so gooddddd, we can repeat to stay here since not so far from the city.

Please upgrade your wifi since the coverage at my room not so good and my friend’s room got netflix and youtube but i’m not ?

Further from airport than expected undisclosed $500 room deposit when we where checking in , rooms old and falling apart .

Nearly everything was great.

The airconditioning wasn't very good but it was ok. The bed was comfortable but awkward considering it's two beds put together to make one large bed.

The food is good, the room is clean.

The location is quite far from the city centre

About the lack of breakfast quantity, even if the breakfast included every day i payed 100-200 pesos because i consume 6-7eggs normally, so i wouldn't recommend eat breakfast there if u like bigger portions of food
